Nope, have not done that and won't. Dr Simeon's only rule for P3 is "no starch, no sugar". I can wait til P4 to have that!! There are so many other substitutes for bread that you can do without for 3 more weeks. Really, you don't want to undo all that work you have done in P2 for a measly piece of bread do you???!! I know I sure don't!

I know some rogue folks did use them a while back, with mixed results -- worked for some, and not for others. Playing it safe is never a bad idea in my opinion....

I have never been that much into bread, however chocolate is a whole 'nother story. I should have said that in my post above. Thankfully we are allowed chocolate on P3 There are many kinds you can have that are sugar free, including making your own treats ![]() |
