Ezekial bread on P3?

Has anyone tried that? The bread or the tortillas?

NOPE. Sorry, I'd like to do that too, but if you're following protocol, P3 is no starch, no sugar. Even though the Ezekiel bread products are sprouted, they still are starchy. Just 3 weeks and then you can, though! Have you tried the MiMs and flax wraps? Check out the P3 recipes!

Nope, have not done that and won't. Dr Simeon's only rule for P3 is "no starch, no sugar". I can wait til P4 to have that!! There are so many other substitutes for bread that you can do without for 3 more weeks. Really, you don't want to undo all that work you have done in P2 for a measly piece of bread do you???!! I know I sure don't!

I know some rogue folks did use them a while back, with mixed results -- worked for some, and not for others. Playing it safe is never a bad idea in my opinion....

yup, agree, if you did strict p2, you can surely go 3 weeks without bread, when you get to enjoy the good fats like cream-- cream cheese --eggs --bacon-- sausage --butter, wow i am getting hungry,,--i will be in p3 next week, if i don't extend, i have been losing so slow this round, i just might take a break, but if the loss speeds up a little i will stay with it-----don't know if i can go the 30 days i wanted to with the slow loss

you can make some oopsie rolls for sandwiches, i am a old low carber and i make these all the time, never eat bread, one of those trigger foods for me, so i stay away---i do love Ezekiel bread though----

No I sure don't! I will look into these oopsie rolls, that sounds interesting. Bread is a trigger for me as well.

I have never been that much into bread, however chocolate is a whole 'nother story. I should have said that in my post above. Thankfully we are allowed chocolate on P3 There are many kinds you can have that are sugar free, including making your own treats
