There are so many other substitutes for bread that you can do without for 3 more weeks. Really, you don't want to undo all that work you have done in P2 for a measly piece of bread do you???!! yup, agree, if you did strict p2, you can surely go 3 weeks without bread, when you get to enjoy the good fats like cream-- cream cheese --eggs --bacon-- sausage --butter, wow i am getting hungry,,--i will be in p3 next week, if i don't extend, i have been losing so slow this round, i just might take a break, but if the loss speeds up a little i will stay with it-----don't know if i can go the 30 days i wanted to with the slow loss
you can make some oopsie rolls for sandwiches, i am a old low carber and i make these all the time, never eat bread, one of those trigger foods for me, so i stay away---i do love Ezekiel bread though----
