Miracle Mayo...yea or nay!
I've been hearing about the Miracle Mayo. Just wondering what ya'll think of it. I was trying to incorporate different veggies...perhaps cole slaw.
I saw it at my Albertsons when I was looking for salad dressings. I LOVE the Maple Grove sugar-free Balsamic dressing...so yummy! I tried the WF Ceasar...pretty good! I love Ceasar dressings! |
I have some and used it with my hard boiled eggs (1 whole and 3 whites) for an egg salad. It was good. The mayo is sweet, so don't add any more sweetener if you use it!! I don't like all Walden Farms products but this one I kinda do. Good for P2 in my opinion.

I really like most of the Walden Farms products, but there are a few that I think are duds -- and I actually threw out my jar of the honey-dijon miracle mayo -- I thought it was pretty nasty. (The peanut spread is also pretty awful).
I haven't tried the other flavors of the mayo, so it may just be that the honey-dijon one was a non-keeper for me. I like a lot of their dressings, so this isn't a sweeping statement about WF at all ( and I flippin' LOVE the chocolate sauce!) |
mini-I didn't know they had flavored mayo!! Mine is plain. Like I said, very sweet but it makes a great egg salad!
