I'm sorry. I don't understand your question. In which phase are you? Have you read the book, "Pounds and Inches?" There is a LOT of information to understand about this diet, it is quite complex.

also, the thread:
HCG diet short form Might prove helpful

Let me see if I understand your question...you stopped dosing 72 hours ago as of 10 pm?
What maintenence foods are you referring to?
If you are entering P3, you add fats and other foods a little at a time...in other words, you really shouldn't go hog wild. I suggest you add bacon and eggs the first day, add fats and oils to your meat, but stick with the same meats and vegies...no GRAINS...caution with fruit (I stick with strawberries) because gained with apples...you may now mix vegies and use dressing.
Most stick with the above for a few days until your body gets used to it...(I have been getting flu like symptoms after adding fats back the first day or two so don't be alarmed if that happens to you)
You must do correction days if your weight goes above your last dosing weight...that would be the weight you weighed the day you took your last dose.
When you begin to add new foods, add one at a time and I usually add things like pork, turkey, salad dressing, butter, different vegies...a day at a time.
Way later, add things like cheese (like a few weeks later) to see how your body reacts to it.
hope this helps...since you're in a hurry

oh...I forgot to mention...basic low carb works well with P3...but you can add things like yogurt (greek and otherwise)
I don't count carbs per se...I just keep them low(er), refrain from grains, avoid most fruits until later, and add tons of vegies and meat.
I also eat SF pudding, jello, milks and creams are ok.
But P3 is the most important phase...you will hear that time and time again and it is TRUTH
