I found my pellets from my round in January, just hope they are still good!
I am trying to decide when to start. I am thinking maybe June 18th. Anyone else in?

I will join you!!! I am on sort of a break right now. I was on P2, but couldn't handle it. I am looking to start up again, but don't want to start up now. Was hoping in a few weeks I will be ready. Definitely by the 18th I can do a round. I have a vacation at the end of July that I want to be skinny for. And I have some pellets due to arrive soon. This is perfect!!! You are so on!!!!

Yippy Dawn....I am SO excited to have a buddy!! How much are you looking to lose? I would be happy if I finish 7lbs less than where I am at now but with loading I am sure I will gain 4 or 5....or 7.5! Like last round! I want to load better this time. My other 2 rounds I used it as a free for all binge on candy, cake, carby stuff....
This time I am staying clear of carbs, okay maybe one chocolate chip cookie...one BIG one, hehe.
My plan is flaxseed pancakes, egg salad for lunch, steak or burger no bun for dinner and I am also making that peanutbutter/coconut oil fudgey looking stuff you had a link to on your loading post OMG, made this last loading and ate almost all of it! SOOOO good! And I plan to have lots of nuts because honestly I am a nutaholic. And their will be a blizzard in there somewhere! That is my "bad" fat for the load.
Can't wait to DO THIS.
Are you sticking with protocol? I plan to go a little above 500 and prob do 700 cals so I can still do cardio.

I just made these today:

Fat Bombs

Wow!!! They are good when melted, cannot wait to try them once they are in the fridge for a bit. I am also going to make some cream cheese muffins. I love those.

I will be sticking to protocol--I may even have just a cup of coffee a day to limit my "milk" intake Not looking forward to THAT, but I want this to be my last round so I really want this to "take" so to speak. I will be sticking like glue to the rules. I won't have oils in my lotion or shampoo, ya know all that jazz. Looking forward to being skinny for the summer. I really want to fit into my clothes before I have to put away my shorts I will be doing this at least 21 days, however I would love to be on a long round to get it over and done with. Once the 21 days are up I will see where I am and how far I have to go. I am always up to re-evaluating in the middle of a round.

Ohhh!! Ladies!! I'm starting a round soon - loading on the 11th/12th!

I'm at 164 now, LDW from last round was 162. I want to be at LDW or lower on the 11th when I start loading.

Thank you Dawn! If you don't mind my asking......what do you do during TOM? Do you still take HCG and 500 cals or do you take it and eat normally?

If I am on P2 and have TOM I dose as normal and eat the 500 calories. I try to time rounds so that I won't start or end on TOM, but the hcg does sometimes make your body go wonky with the timing of TOM. I have had it come early, I have had it come late, I have had it last longer. Anything can happen when you are on hcg! So, don't freak out if it should come earlier or later than normal.

Yes, by day #21 I am so over P2. Actually I have done P2 so much now, by day #2 I am done LOL. But this next round I will try my best to stick with it as long as I can. We will see how long I can last. I am hoping to go at least 30 days.

I love Jennifer's better!!! The coconut butter has an odd texture to me. Not bad, just different. Honey, I could eat the entire pan of the fudgey peanut butter coconut squares by myself in one day. Don't feel the same with the fat bombs. One of those fat bombs and I am done LOL.

Okay ladies - back on track!

Was someone loading today or tomorrow?

I'm going to load Monday/Tuesday and VLC/pellets for 21 days, LDW should land on July 1st if my numbers are right then on to P3 on the 4th.

Perfect timing as I'm flying to Toronto on the 4th for a wedding.. okay not so perfect timing, but, I didn't want to be on P2 while I'm there! Flying is NOT going to be my friend (helloooooo travel pounds!) so I need to stay far far away from high(er) sodium stuff and drink LOTS of water. Staying away from sugar/starch is always easy for me but I'll be surrounded by food at the wedding/reception. I'll bring some veggies or jerky. Something.

Out of window today, jumped up 2.5 from yesterday?!!? Did an egg day today but will fully enjoy some wine and cheese tonight, so... not a successful CD. I won't have access to my scale again until Monday morning so we'll see how that goes! (I'll be camping all weekend)

Current weight 166. Goal weight (for now) <=155. I'm 28 and 5'11.

What about you ladies? Current stats? What is your goal for this round and how are you going to REACH that goal?

I woke up today and decided to load and take the pellets, kept trying to talk myself out of doing the 3rd and final round so thought "now or never"!
B- eggs, bacon
S- lots of mixed nuts
L-lots of the peanutbutter coconut fudge...lots and lots
D 5 oz ribeye, coleslaw
S During a movie with my 6 year old- 3 gummy jolly ranchers and dark chocolate covered cranberries, maybe 1/8th of a cup.

Might have a glass of wine tonight too while the kids are making smores!
NOT looking forward to the scale tomorrow, so stuffed and bloated. Wishes I didn't eat the snacks at the movies

Gain of 1.4lbs day 1 of loading! I feel puffy today and my measurements are even up!!
Not very hungry today so I am hoping that means my pellets are still good!
I am trying to decide what workout program to do. I was lifting 4-5 x's a week and doing cardio. I need to scale back for P2. Thinking about just the Burn Interval/recharge and Abs part of Chalean Extreme, the 30 day shred or just stick to the elliptical at the gym. Maybe a mix of all

I have not decided when I should load LOL. I am having such a good time on JUDDD, and I am losing so great I hate to stop. I am eating brownies, cake and ice cream....yum!!! And to be dropping weight is icing on the cake LOL. I have lost 4.2 lbs this week already. That is about what I would lose doing hcg. I really do want to start a round this week, just have to decide what day it will be. I don't want to load because I have to fit into my uniform in order to work and if I load, I may not fit into it. I made those fat bombs and they are good, but are limiting as they are not as good as that peanut butter fudgey goodness. If I made that I would be in trouble. If I load, I will just add coconut oil to my day and not overdo it so much on the foods. Oh, heck I could just hang out at work and load LOL. Fast food is great for loading!!!


My current stats: Ht. 5'3.75" Current weight 133.8 Goal weight 115

Dawn-Where do you work? I am a real estate agent and I pray no one wants to see homes the next few days because I will be living in sun dresses

I am working in my daughters classroom on Tuesday so I hope I fit into something by then. Can't believe I will have a 1st grader after Friday

Ugh, SO stuffed today.

I would not stop JUDDD if it is working for you. I'd wait...maybe your body NEEDS the fat, etc. When your losses slow down...hop back on P2

My kindergardener has graduated June 3rd as that was their last day. Now I have a first grader AND he is my last one in elementary school So sad. Your load days sound divine!! I work at ChickFilA! So hard when you are on P2. I love my chicken strips and salad with blue cheese--and I get it for free I have a very hard time resisting on P2, sometimes I just don't We have to wear the standard uniform and I cannot wear my own pants--have to be official chickfila gear. Sounds like you are off to a great start on this round.
