I am thinking my body needs the calories too. I have done P2 so many times that I know I am burned out. My body is probably too. We shall see how the week goes. I am still spotting and want to finish that before starting P2 anyway, so I have a few days to see what my bod can do.

Dawn-I forgot how much I LOVE their chicken salads!! SO yummy
The schools around here end so much later than other schools, even one town over. My daughters last day isn't until Friday.

+2.5 loading lbs. That is the least amount I have gained on loading yet! My 1st 2 rounds I used as a free for all with loads of sugar and carbs. This time I had some sugar, not really many carbs and loads of fat. I guess this is the right way to do it.

Woke up pretty hungry but not in the mood for eggs so ate an apple with my coffee. Haven't decided if I am going to workout today or go back to bed after I take my daughter to school, more sleep is calling my name!

I was 166 on Friday morning (a 2.5lb gain from Thursday!?) then was camping all weekend. Food was P3 friendly on Friday/Saturday and most of Sunday, had some corn chips/tortillas with dinner. I enjoyed some wine over the weekend but that shouldn't have warrented the # I saw today. Perhaps it was from not drinking as much water as I normally do(due to lack of restroom facilities!!)? Or maybe it was because I hiked up a flipping sand dune? Talk about cardio. Either way, started P2 at 173.5. Loading today and tomorrow, VLCD1 will be on Wednesday.

Really bummed that I'm starting that high...

agentventi - how's your day going?

Sorry, but we are not allowed to say. It is again the Terms Of Service (TOS) at lowcarbfriends. You can search for the brand Intermountain hcg. Brands we can post, not where to go to get it.

Hello Missy's Journey. Not sure where you got your information from but Netrition has not sold out of HCG products yet. Intermountain pellets and drops are still available, as well as other HCG products. However, they cannot be purchased online. You must phone customer service to purchase. For more info and clearance sale pricing, read this:

I am having such a hard time this round. I haven't had anything off protocol but going over my strawberries every day so far It is just so hard!!
I am not buying anymore, we have frozen ones but that is IT!!
Losses are slow.
1.2 the first day and .6 the next but I will take it. could be the damned berries.
I have decided to follow the Paleo diet for P3. Dairy always makes me gain as well as wheat so it seems to make sense!
I hope you all are doing well

Hi Agentventi -

I agree with what you're doing - stop buying the berries if you think you're overdoing it. Sucks because I really like strawberries too but am avoiding them. Today is my first VLCD so we'll see how things go tomorrow morning. I really hope for a loss - I can't believe how high I ended up after a weekend of camping and 2 days of loading .

misslatte-Love your name by the way!
I LOVE LOVE camping food, so yummy, what a perfect time to load.

Good luck today, I need to toss my melba, I look pregnant after eating it. I think I have some kind of allergy to grain/gluten...something.

Hey Dawnyama! How do you like your Intermountain pellets? I got my supply and decided to use them this morning, and I'm hungry! How many pellets do you use? The three it says too?

My other pellets are four pellets three times a day and it doesn't make me all that hungry.....but it's starting to change and I was thinking upping my dosage to five pellets three times a day. Or should I stick with the four pellets and make it four times a day?

Help!

I have not started. I am doing JUDDD this week and was going to start hcg next. But TOM is here.....again I don't want to start when TOM is around. I will have to wait.

When I had to alter my drops because I was hungry, I dosed down first. Didn't work, so I then dosed up. I would use less first and then go from there. I have seen this advice in another thread---skip your nighttime dose. If you are hungry in the morning, then you need more. If you are not hungry, then you could use less. It is worth a shot!
