Why are they discontinuing HCG products

Why are they discontinuing the HCG products from netrition. I just ordered mine and spent $80.00.... I feel like all this HCG products is a hoax to make you buy it... Now they are discontinuing the drops that I bought.Today was the first day on the diet. I loaded for 2 days gained 4 pounds. I was doing good on the atkins diet lost 20 pounds. Started reading about the hcg diet thought I would try it. I tested my drops and it came back negative.... I would just like to know why they are discontinuing the drops.....

IDK why they are discontinuing them on this site
BUT HHCG drops are HOMEOPATHIC and thus would not show positive on a pregnancy test ONLY RX drops or injections show positive when they are still good

please read more information , loads of threads here. feeling like a "hoax"??

i researched the protocol over a year before i ever started my first round

Well this is my first day.. Doing good so for but I am hungry... My hardest thing is drinking the water and black coffee.... I have tried to find a Dr in Louisiana the closest one in in Texas.. I;m going to give it a try on the drops.. It just seems like there is so many drops out there you don't know who to trust. I think once I get through day 1 it should get better. The thing is I was doing good on Atkins then I wanted to switch to hcg. I had not had any sugar for 4 months and lost 20 lb.'s. So I thought I can load for 2 days that will be fun, not... Well I gained 5 lbs I felt like crying when I got on the scale this morning.I'm not going to give up. I know this is a life long commitment.I'll be 52 this year my goal is to lose 50 pounds by my birthday

you did take the drops WHILE loading correct?/ intermountion drops and pellets are really good
read over those threads and see what could help.. i have never had hunger that early in a round
do you think it might be head hunger?/ being used to eating ?/
it is soo important to do this correctly

oolong or yerbe mate tea can really help with hunger and energy issues
if you really think it is real hunger have an 8 oz cup of fat free broth heated up with your favorite spices
often we mistake thirst for hunger
have you tried ACV or lemon in your water?/

Look this water is going right through me. Any way I'm going to tuff through it...Now I'm reading where the FDA are taking the hcg drops off the market. So I trying to convince myself to stay on them.... If they are so safe why are they taking them off the market?

Tinsley, you are peeing so much because you are going to lose the weight that you gained from losing in about two days. I'm sure that you will be pleasantly surprised when you weigh yourself tomorrow morning.

Hang in there. The hunger will subside, I promise. After the loading weight is gone most women average weight loss of .5 lbs a day or more. One month from now you will look so different and will need to go through your wardrobe cuz you will be wearing a lower size or two.

Probably most of us here came from doing Atkins first. You will find that hcg works really well for those that have gotten over their sugar addictions. I plan on staying low carb for long-term maintenance once I reach my goal, but hcg helps me get there quicker than anything else I've tried and I think I've tried them all.

I don't think she was asking if you are cheating. I think she was asking you if you were loading WITH drops. Some people forget to take the drops on the loading days.

Yea I'm down 4 pounds..Is that possible? Yes I took the drops while I was loading...I think the water did it..I never drink water and boy I drank 2 liters yesterday... Well I know I flushed out the carbs from loading.. When my ketosis stick turns red I really will be happy

Some of you have inquired as to why Netrition is discontinuing the sale of HCG products. Here are the reasons:

1. Yes, it may be for profit reasons, as some of you have commented. Netrition is a for-profit business, afterall, but it is not for the reason you may think. Homeopathic HCG sells well and Netrition had no plans to discontinue sales unless it was discontinued by the manufacturers.

2. As many of you are aware, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued seven Warning Letters to companies marketing over-the counter (OTC) HCG products that are labeled as "homeopathic" for weight loss. In December, 2011, we told members that there was a possibility we would eventually have to discontinue sales of HCG products. 3. The final straw for Netrition was actually Google. Netrition participates in Google Adwords which allow Netrition to advertise products on Google's search engine. Google decided to suspend Netrition's account which prevents us from advertising ANY products. The reason Google suspended Netrition's account is due to the fact that we sell homeopathic HCG. Google's Adword policies prohibit anyone from advertising HCG, and it now appears that they prevent anyone from selling it as well. Those are Google's rules. In order to have Netrition's Google Adword account re-activated, we must stop selling all HCG products.

Therefore, Netrition will sell off the remaining inventory as quickly as possible so that our Google Adwords account can be reinstated.

Just wanted to say that Intermountain is still selling all forms of the hhcg. I looked around the website for a discontinue warning, but did not see one. I imagine Netrition will sell out soon. I did stock up.

Thank you Kathy for letting us know. I will not use Google for anything including searching and this reconfirms the reason.

I purchased the Intermountain pellets when they first were introduced and although my results did not seem to be what they were with the RX, I have seen many others have great results and lost well.
