Need advice pls
Ok, i messed up this weekend. It was my daughters sweet 16 and i had out of towners over for the weekend. I cheated for 2 days. I was on P2 for 13 days. I didnt take my drops all day yesterday. What do i do? do i just continue on today, or do i have to start over with loading days?

I would just continue on...but expect a stall for a few days or more. Just keep on truckin'...you'll get back on track soon!

Just take your drops today and continue on P2, in my opinion.

yup. Don't beat yourself up, it does no good. You will lose some days in the process and cravings might come back just be aware. Drink extra water, lemon water, acv water, flush flush flush that cr@p out of you.

Thanks so much you guys! So today resume with my drops and staight back to vlcd. This sucks cause my hunger was gone and today after cheating i feel sooo hungry. I know its the carb and sugar cravings. I am going to remember this feeling when if i ever think about cheating again.

Try my celery/lemon smoothie if your blender can handle celery. If it can't, take a knife and strip off the celery strings.
one cup water (or more once you start blending to get it to work) 4-5 short stalks, de-stringed if need be one tablespoon lemon juice a few drops of stevia or some other sweetner a few chunks of ice Blend away, you'll get a frosty, frothy celery/lemonade that is pretty refreshing and celery and lemon both are good for detoxing. I would restart the drops and get right back on plan, expect to stall for 2-3 days & chalk it up to a learning experience. I had my flirt with movie popcorn and did I learn my lesson, I don't cheat anymore. If I have a food I think I want, I mentally plan to do it the next time I load.
