Hi, I'd like to join the group. I've done HCG before but managed to gain my weight back that I lost I believe my head is in the right place to attempt this again.

I loaded on Saturday and Sunday so am now at R1VLCD1.

I noticed that Netrition is going to discontinue selling HCG so I purchased a couple of bottles. I still have some in my pantry so couldn't buy too many.

Thanks for letting me pop in.

Is everyone that posted in here on Phase 2? Just curious.
I feel like there are P3 people here too. :-)


I am down another pound today. Still juicing. Still loving the decision to do it this way. But if I hadn't been juicing for a while previous to this, I have to say, the juices would not taste good. I'm used to them SO much sweeter!

Joining in! Today is day 6 for me and I'm down 0! Overall I'm down 5 lbs.

You Go RedsSkinnyJeans! I wish I could join you on the juicing. I'm on my first round ever and I wish I was having losses like your having! How many calories are you juicing? 500 a day?

I have no idea. I hate counting calories. I listen, very very carefully, to my appetite and body, and try to eat very mindfully. I used to be a WW leader for years - and let's just say I got really turned off of keeping count.

I was thinking yesterday though that if I was new to juicing I'd hate it. The juices I'm drinking now are so different than normal. Much more bland, but I know my body is loving me for it.

And trust me, it's normal for me to spend 2 days, or 3 days within the same pound where I am now. When you're in the last 5, that's just how it happens.

I saw you posting elsewhere. Was wondering when you would pop in. Good to see ya I am very sad that Netrition is discontinuing selling the hcg

This is how Robin says to do protocol. Follow your hunger as a guide. Eat only when hungry and not any other time. Very interesting concepts that typical Americans do not follow She wrote the book "Weight Loss Apocolypse" and has some you tube videos out there. I think her last name is Woodall. I am in the middle of reading her book, but know many here have gotten it and it has helped them in their hcg journey.

I know if I followed the above advice, I would not be doing my umpteenth round of P2 right now

Hello Gibby,
WELCOME!!

As for me, I'm down a bit. I was actually surprised. I'm listening carefully to my body, and pretty surprised that I am not craving meat already. (I eat, well, drink, like 4 bundles of spinach every day though = lots of iron, and spinach is 30% protein). But last night, I wanted to broil up my asparagus before they got too old. And I was craving SALT. So I very liberally salted them, and then salted them some more! I was sort of expecting to be up a pound from water today, but I'm down .4.

yeah, I do deal with some compulsive stuff, just in another category. I am very aware that I have tentative privileges with this, and I don't want to lose the privilege of not having to weigh and write down everything. (Like I said, after all those years being a WW leader, I REALLY have a distaste for it). I think it's my healthy, wholehearted fear of losing that privilege that helps to keep me so mindful.

Good morning all!!
today is loading day 2 (LD2)
I loaded really really good last night ate supper at golden corral !! NUFF SAID!!
woke up this morning to a 1.4 lb loss !!
first time I've lost while loading!!
if I can stay the distance (stay in ph2 for the whole 43 days) at .5 lb a day I would weight 184.9 soo 185 lbs (I haven't been that skinney in 15 years)

I'm starting Day 7 and I'm down .6 lbs this morning. Still not happy with HCG. I don't know, I guess I was expecting more from this. I know I should either be happy or at least satisfied with my releases but I'm just not. I know I'm whining again, but I just can't help it. Feeling sad

are you taking B-12 with your Hhcg? or at least some St.John's Wort, or Sam-e??
heres what I take every day
Metformin (Diab)
Tribenzor (high Bp)
Kelp (for Thyroid)
Bioten (for hair,nails and skin)
Vit D (to go with HBP)
B-12
Sam-e
Meletonin
Multi Vit+minerals (generic Centrum)
fish oil (leave this off on HCG)

if you are feeling down or no energy you are missing something when I do HCG I am bouncy almost Hyper do you take a multi-vit? you may need more b-12 or something.

Just wanted to share that my first round gave me losses of .4 per day to .5 per day. Only in the first few days does more come off.

Most women average half a pound a day. So you're doing great! Unless you are a man, (and a big one), you are normal!

Have you been on other diets? When it comes to the world of weight loss, this is super-sonic! And that is compounded if you are over thirty, and doubled for every decade after 30!

I'm over 40! So I guess that's it for me Dang! So at the end of 40 days if I'm averaging .5 a day, I'll have only lost 20. I guess I can't complain, but I seriously thinking of doing a cleanse when it's all over. Then maybe starting over on a round using the pellets.

Can you tell me what your doing? I'm on my first round and I'm only releasing .5 on average and your down 20 in 16 days! That's where I want to be. Are you using pellets? Are you exercising? I'm so distraught!

Desma, if a woman is losing a pound a day, chances are that she is in her first 3 or 4 days, or she has more than 30 pounds to lose. That's just how it normally works.

This is a miracle!! .5 a day is pretty good! It will go by faster than you think. :-)
