This time I am doing JUDDD. I figure I have half the diet down pat! I mean I can eat 500 calories in my sleep, or at least figure out how to eat only 500 calories in a day ![]() I have been doing it since last week (I have fallen off of P2 ) and am down 4.2 lbs in a week I stick like glue to the 500 calories on my DDs and on the alternate days I eat what I want. I have lost weight every single day this week. As much as I would if I were doing P2. I am happy I think I will pick P2 back up next week, but right now I am pleased. I keep thinking the losses will stop, but they haven't. I mean why switch now when I am eating carbs this week and losing? I have had cake (today I was at a wedding and there was ice cream cake--it was the best thing ever!!) and brownies and they were not low carb. And I am losing weight ![]() My dream diet ![]() Ok I will shut up now But that is my plan. Here is the forum JUDDD - Low Carb Friends Poke around over there and see how many hcgers are being converted.

I expect that they will start to taper off. I highly suggest this way to maintain your weight loss once done with hcg. It is my going to be what I am going on after my next round to maintain my losses. After having gotten to my goal weight I have been unable to maintain that weight. But with trying the JUDDD just this week, I know I can maintain my goal weight. I have been out to eat at a buffet restaurant this week and ate dessert. It was fabulous. I had real chocolate brownies this week and lost the very next day. This is what I have wanted to do forever--eat what I want and lose, or just maintain---and never thought it would work. But then again I had never heard of JUDDD. Now I am glad I have tried it. I know it will work for me. |

I'm already sick of eating like this! It's hard trying to add in enough veggies once you count your 100g of protein and your fruit. I feel like I'm eating heads of lettuce and boxes of cucumbers.....ugh! I can't wait for this to be over. And the bad part is......I don't want to eat desserts, I just more flavor and more protein! Help!

Today is VLCD11 for me and I am doing well. Down 9.6lbs in 10 days. My menu today:
apple chicken and cucumbers a few almonds chicken 2 cups air popped popcorn I went shopping from 3pm to 9pm and just wasn't hungry when I got home so I had my chicken portion and that was it. I did a minor cheat with a few almonds. I have eaten them before and still lost. I'm sort of afraid that my body won't stabilize with nuts in P3 if I don't have them at all in P2... kind of like the making sure to do your grissini and milk portions. I'm probably just crazy. ![]() DH is also doing HCG right now. This is his 3rd round. He started this round at over 300lbs and has lost 28lbs in 11 days. He had a terrible day at work today. While I was gone shopping he let his stress get the best of him and he ate an ENTIRE pack of Chips Ahoy cookies!!! Woah, Nelly! That outta show up nicely on the scale tomorrow. Yowza! |

Morning all.
It's my last VLCD and I'm up .8 today. (After being up yesterday too...). I ran out of veggies, so I ended up with a bit of chicken and had two protein shakes yesterday, (using organic soy milk). Gain could be due to Fish Oil that I HAVE to take right now also. (health before weight loss). Oh well. Take it in stride. I still look damn good in my skinny jeans! Dawn! I'm wondering. Do you think that doing JUDD on P3 is dangerous? I know that P3 is the most critical of the phases. And I'm usually a strict protocol girl. (Hey, it works!). I'm pretty good at eating to appetite, (but now I'm on pain pills.....grrrrrreeaaat), but you've never heard of anyone doing P3 on JUDD, have you? And you really like JUDD better than Fat Fast? Have you done that as well? Inquiring minds want to know. :-) Have a great Sunday everyone. |

I don't know much about how it may be dangerous...but I did try it on P3...didn't like it. I had a hard time getting my calories high enough on UD's, and gained...not a lot...but I was over LDW by 2.2...so I did a Steak CD. Then on to normal P3 again. I read later on that it takes a few weeks for the JUDDD diet to "kick-in", which kinda seems counter-productive since P3 is technically 3 weeks. BUT...when I reach goal...I definately think this will be the way to go! HTH~Angela in TX |

My next round I am going to do (planning for one next week) I will be doing P3 the way that Dr Simeons' says to do it, for 3 weeks. I won't start JUDDD til I am onto P4. I want my weight set in stone!!! And I am hoping to get to goal next round. That is the plan anyway! JUDDD is going to be my maintenance plan, I had always intended on losing with hcg and maintaining on JUDDD. Right now I am trying to stick to every other day at 500 calories in getting ready for every day at 500 next week. You know, get my head in the game. Good for you on eating to appetite. That has been my problem all along. I love food and cram it in as if they would never make chocolate again I go to a buffet and it is a true free for all. I eat so much never thinking "am I full"? Just think "Oh, I have to try that one and that one and that one". That is what "Weight Loss Apocolypse" is all about. Teaching you to eat ONLY when hungry and not stuffing yourself. You have half the battle already won ![]() ![]() |

No loss or gain today, but that's ok. I don't expect to lose everyday - the body needs to adjust.
I have question....when we report our weight loss are we taking it from after loading or the day we started loading? Just curious. Desma, you may want to check out the OWL diet. It's hcg, but allows 700 calories a day with more choices of vegetables and fruits and carbs. |

Well this week has not been good. Not only is it hard mentally, but the WHOLE second week on P2, I only released 1.6 lbs. I don't know if my drops are working, I've also been starving and I loaded really well with a ton of fat! I bought my drops in Dec. from the same place I used last time, but I wonder if they expire. I'm mad because I bought 3 bottles. I just placed an order for Intermountain drops so I hope they get here fast. I wanted to do an extended round, but not sure now. I'm hoping I get better results with Intermountain. Last time I did this it was SOOOO much better! I felt great, had energy, not too much hunger and much, much faster results. |

Not totally. In the past I've added a few more veggies like broccolli. I'm thinking about doing it in round 2. This round has been hard - boring and I've been hungry, but I'm going to stick it out!

Hey all!
I'm back on P2! I am loading today and tomorrow. I'm looking forward to getting back to it. I didn't do well on P3. I learned that I need to plan better for P3. While I'm in this second round of P2, I'm going to cook stuff for P3 and put it in the freezer. I'm up five pounds, but most of that is from this past weekend. We went to my niece's wedding on the other side of the state. My daughter was the flower girl (my avatar picture is us at the reception). Needless to say, several days away from home and lots of bad eating can really pack on the pounds quickly. I'm not too worried about it though. It will come off fast! So happy to be back to HCG! Looking forward to the losses again! And I hope by my September birthday to be a lot thinner than I am now!! ![]()
