What is your pellet taking approach?

In other words, what do you do to try to prevent possible contamination? Exactly how do you take your pellets?

What do you empty them onto....clean spoon or something else? And how do you handle/dispose of those darn, pesky extra pellets that ALWAYS come out of the bottle, unless you are extremely lucky of course, without touching (possibly contaminating) the other ones?! Those little suckers are so jumpy and hard to handle and empty out of the bottle.

I get so frustrated with the pellets because I think there is much more of a chance of contaminating them than there is with the drops (just my opinion of course).

But I have almost a whole bottle of pellets that I don't want to waste so I need to deal with them for a while.

So what, exactly, is your pellet taking technique, lol!

Shhh... Don't tell! I tap them in the palm of my hand and pop them in my mouth! :O I have done the spoon technique as well. If I get extra pellets in my hand, I just toss them.

I tap them out into the lid and tip it back into my mouth, I am sure at times I have touched them so I hope it hasn't messed them up. Restarting with the rest of my bottle from January in a few weeks

That's what I've been doing lately. But getting the extra ones out to throw away is not easy, for sure!

I'd like to order them but I am afraid they will spill all over the floor and I would have wasted my money's worth. It is hard enough trying to keep the dropper away from my mouth at times, I just can picture all those pellets all over the floor.

Very easy actually! Pop out the plastic thing inside the bottle's cover, then use the cover as the dosing cup. If you get more than you need (let's say 4 instead of 3) you just put the extra back in the bottle. This is much safer as you do not touch the pallets at all. I love them and stocked up with a couple of bottles fron netrition before they are sold out...

Keep losing ladies!

Pellets

Hello ladies!

I'm thinking about trying pellets the next time around and I have a few questions.....

Do they work as well as drops?

What brand works the best?

Do HCG pellets need to be refrigerated?

Thanks in advance!

i have tried both and like the pellets best, you can at least talk with them in your mouth, seemed like when i did the drops the phone would ring just after i put the drops in, pellets are more convenient---they do come out of the bottle pretty fast, so i put back in what i do not need and put the 3 or 4 in a spoon and pop them in-----it gets easier----just got a order from netrition yesterday for future use, glad i did, i looked this morning -and think they sold out ---my new bottle has an expiration date of april, 2015---does that sound right

Tinker-I answered your question in your other thread, but will repeat here:

Please do not put the pellets in the fridge. Moisture is not homeopathic hcg's friend. Best stored in a dark spot. I keep them in my kitchen cabinet with my vitamins.

Thank you Dawn! I definitely won't do that with the pellets. I only refrigerate the Omni drops because the label says to. It will be easier not to refrigerate them because I will be able to take them with me when I'm away from a refrigerator for the day.
