I need to know if Dextrin is ok on HCG PH3.It is NOT maltrodextrin. Just reads Dextrins. I did look it up online it says its a stiffner? But I want to know if it is allowed before I eat it.Thak you.

I have never heard of that. Is that really, really far down in the list of ingredients? I ask because when I eat bacon on P3 I eat the one that is NOT sugar free and it doesn't effect me. Then again, I only eat a small amount of bacon at a time so it means I don't take in a lot to begin with. I would say it is OK, but I really have no idea what it is, let alone what food it is in LOL. I have had sugar free pudding on P3 and didn't have any effects and that has the modified food starch in it. I do try to avoid it, but sometimes you just need a treat LOL.

It is in the ingredients on the fried veggies I bought today.I looked it up and it says a stiffner and they are crunchy. So I suppose the dextrin is what stiffens them? I just wanted to be certain BEFORE eating them.
What would I do without you Dawn
Thank you again!!!

no I didn't get it. And I just sent you one Hope you got that one. Don't feel bad, it is my own fault. Not yours. I feel badly for giving advice when I am not doing well and following it much myself. But i have done protocol and been successful! So if you follow what I preach and not as I do (isn't that the truth?) you will be a great success!!! As long as I have breath in me, I will continue to try and lose weight....whatever means I have to do it with. I won't give up! Don't you worry about that

I have posted some pics of my family here:

I am trying to get real family pics posted, but it won't let me. I have one real nice one from my son, Kyle's graduation with us all in our yard. I am going to have DH try for me later on tonight. But you can see a few of the kids at least!

It was the woods behind my house. My son was playing back there and his friend had a lighter he "found" and said "let's light this up". Oh boy. All I heard when Chris called home was my DH saying "you need to call 911" on his way out the door. They were back there a few hours trying to get it under control. We are fortunate that DS's friend owned up to starting the fire and it wasn't my son's fault. However, Chris now has his name in the "system" if something should come up again, as the firefighter put it. Seems that my stress just multiplies these days instead of just diminishing.
