Business Trip 3 days into P3 - what to eat?

I am going on a business trip three days into P3 and will be eating all my meals in restaurants. Any tips on what to eat? I do plan to take my own sugar-free salad dressing. Do you think it is too early for me to make ground flaxmeal muffins to take along for breakfast? Thanks for your help.....

Short answer--Eat what you are supposed to!!! And that means no sugar no starch. When I went on vacation during my first round of P3 I fared really well. I stuck with salads and bunless burgers, but we were eating on the road and in fast food restaurants. I ate their blue cheese or ranch dressings because they are low sugar. You should be fine with those. No need to bring your own. If you are doing sit down restaurants it should be easy to get a salad, meat like steak or chicken and veggies. You will do fine!!! You are allowed to have fats now so it should be easier to eat out on P3 than P2. Go ahead and make those muffins if it will make your mornings easier. I ate hard boiled eggs that were offered in the hotel's breakfast buffet. That was the only choice that was low carb, but it worked!

I travel for a living. I practically live out of a suitcase. P3 is not hard for me. (P2 can be challenging). I often ask for a tiny refrigerator in my room. (My stay is often 7 days). If I can, I visit a nearby store to get a bunch of fruit, full fat greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, milk, and other "clean" foods to keep in the room. My breakfasts will often be yogurt and grapefruit, or berries. I'll also have a cheese omelet with bacon.

Lunch and dinner are pretty easy. You can get chicken salad, tuna salad, chicken, beef, and a salad anywhere. P3 is FULL FAT DRESSING baby! I love me some blue cheese dressing!

I'll also bring some stevia because I don't do the other stuff. I also bring lots of nuts.
