Exercising on a Load Day?
My husband and I have plans to walk/hike on Saturday at a local nature preserve, I'm going to be loading this weekend too... will it hurt? As long as the meals I do eat are high fat/high cal?

I don't think it'll really hurt. You may not feel like hiking after eating a ton of food though, so just stuff your face afterward
Good luck! |

Should not hurt a thing. You are not on P2 yet, so good to go!! Exercise is not bad on P2 either
I walk every single day on P2. I find I lose better doing that than being a total and complete slug. |

Skipped the hike due to yesterday's rain, but we did a shopping marathon at the outlet mall and IKEA, so it was almost a hike! :O)
I feel better walking almost every day too.. faster losses, just drink more water. |
