Last Day P3 and Confused!! HELP PLEASE

Good Morning to everyone!!!!

Well today is my last official day of P3. I have decided to stay in P3 for another week or two because I really do like this phase (as long as I am not gaining ) Also I just really want to cement the hypothalmus and metabolism.

I still haven't figured out how much calories my body likes. I average at 2000-2350 a day. I have mainly just added in dairy the last three weeks. Eggs are a serious no-no for me. I get violently ill from them, and nuts are something that I don't really care to eat. The only meat I have added in is canned Tuna/Chicken and Ribeye steak along with chicken and hamburger.

I have seemed to stabilize from the start even with eating ALOT of dairy. Now to see about your opinions if you don't mind:

LDW-120

1 120.2
2 119
3 118.2
4 118.4
5 119.6
6 119.6
7 119.6
8 120
9 120
10 120
11 120.4
12 119.4
13 120
14 120.4
15 120.6
16 120
17 120.2
18 120
19 120.6
20 121-WTH
21 121.6 -WTH

My F/P/C ratio averages are: 60%/25%/15%
Water avg: 72-75oz per day

Does this look like I have stabilized?

I am not sure why the last two days of P3 I have seen a 1.6 lb gain. I have not ate anything different than what I have been eating for the last three weeks. The only thing I can come up with is one or two things. It is either the whey protein I have been using for breakfast. I think it had sucralose in it and I have been using it for the last 6 mornings. I have now switched to Jay Robb. Or it could be the (coconut flour) muffins I made three days ago. I tried a different recipe then the one I was using throughout P3 and this one had baking powder instead of baking soda.

I don't think it is the dairy since I have not had any problems in 3 weeks. A typical day of dairy for me is:
Morning: HWC (1/3 cup) 2 muffins (coconut flour)
Lunch: Chicken/Broccoli with Alfredo sauce
Afternoon Snack 2% Fage with strawberries
Dinner: Ribeye Steak with Salad (cheddar cheese and ranch dressing)
Desert:Coffee w/HWC and cream cheese/blueberry muffin

What do you think has caused the 1.6lb gain?

Also, should I cut back on my dairy? I do use full butter and coconut oil on all my cooking so I am getting fats from things other than dairy. (Holy Cow I love me some dairy!!!)

Since I am only .4 away from being 2.0 of my LDW should I do some type of correction day to get back down closer to LDW?

Should I try to eat more calories than the 2300 or maybe I should lower them to be closer to my BMR?

I don't know why I am starting to freak out and second guess everything I have been doing now that I am at the end of P3 I am scared to eat anything now.

Any help would be so much appreciated.

I am so sorry for rambling and venting this morning. I just want to do this right and am having a bad morning!

IMO, you are VERY stable. You have stayed within the 2 pound LDW the whole round. Plus, you are eating an incredible amount of calories. You are one lucky duck . I see no reason to change a thing. However, if you are looking to change something, I would probably decrease the HWC.
WTG with stabilizing. Keep up the good work. Keep weighing daily, and make any corrections, IF NEEDED, and you will do fine.

My top guesses would be, menstrual cycle? salt? coconut flour?

And I congratulate you for going to the top of the calorie ladder. I have always been determined to teach my body that WE LOVE CALORIES!! But that means I just have to be very very careful where those calories come from.

Thank you for looking at my post and helping me.

Update:

It turns out that it was the whey protein I was having in the morning. After taking the Jay Robb protein on day 21 of P3 I was 1.6 above ldw. The next morning I was 3.6 above ldw. Well you can guess what I did that day (Steak Day!) I quit the whey protein that morning starved myself all day and bought a 16 oz Ribeye and a large apple. The next morning a dropped the 3.6 and went to exactly my LDW. I ate clean the next day and lost another .4 below my LDW that I have stayed at for two days now. So I am so glad I was able to isolate my problem with the help of everyone here.

Thank you so much!!! I also remembered that I added flaxseed with that whey protein. It was the first time using the flaxseed. So you know that is out of my diet as well LOL
