Thinking of trying this bread as well, not sure if it is allowable in P3 but I shouldn't see why not. Veteran Hcger's will definitely comment on this one. The cinnamon one sounds heavenly. Maybe it will be okay for P4.

This bread sounds interesting. I don't see sugar listed in the ingredients and it says "zero" sugar so you're fine there. As for starches, not sure. The only thing I see would be the oat fiber but I'm not sure what that is??? I honestly don't think it would be a problem though, but that's just my opinion.
