Thinking of trying this bread as well, not sure if it is allowable in P3 but I shouldn't see why not. Veteran Hcger's will definitely comment on this one. The cinnamon one sounds heavenly. :yummy: Maybe it will be okay for P4. :dunno:

It spikes your blood sugar. Not really zero carb.

Wow! Thanks so much Becky. It angers me that there is so much false advertising out there. I very much appreciate this article. Thanks again.

I eat lavash bread on p3 with no problems

shelbyla 05-29-2012 08:22 AM

While the lavash is great, it isn't for a protocol P3, which is no starches, no sugars. YMMV

Arctic_Mama 05-29-2012 10:07 AM

No starches, no sugars on P3. That means no bread, zero carb or otherwise. Sorry!

Gracie514 05-29-2012 12:53 PM

This bread sounds interesting. I don't see sugar listed in the ingredients and it says "zero" sugar so you're fine there. As for starches, not sure. The only thing I see would be the oat fiber but I'm not sure what that is??? :dunno: I honestly don't think it would be a problem though, but that's just my opinion.
