WOW!

Today is day 2 of VLCD, i woke up this morning and have lost 6lbs:jumpjoy:. I know its water weight but i'll take it. This is my first time with hhcg and was skeptical going in. Today i feel great about it seeing those 6lbs off. I also feel pretty good. Im hungry but not as hungry as ive been on other diets.

Does anyone recommend a good food scale? I have a cheap one i bought at walmart and i feel like the measurements are off.

I will be back and hopefully with more weight loss:)

great job!!!

That's great!!! :jumpjoy:  :high5:

Oh, and sorry, no I haven't bought a scale yet.

Congrats! On the food scale, I just bought a digital one at my local Ralph's (Kroger).

WooHoo!!

I bought a Biggest Loser scale at my Bed Bath and Beyond. With a 20% off coupon it was less than $20 and worth every single penny!! Digital is the way to go!! I started my first round with a non-digital one and it sucked. I could barely read the numbers. Digital scales are worth it!

Congrats!!! Any loss is a good loss :)

Thank you all for the support!

I will get a digital scale tomorow.

I skipped one of my fruits today....is that really bad?

Arctic_Mama 05-24-2012 10:02 PM

Congratulations! Stay on plan vigilantly and the weight will melt off, even if it may not always be six pounds a day ;)

My scale is phenomenal - Tanita digitals. Love it, accurate for years and requires few battery changes.

Congrats. Missing that fruit will help, not hurt.
You can do this!

michigan-girl 05-25-2012 05:16 AM

Thanks ladies!!!!!!

Lost another 4 as of this morning!!!! Thats 10lbs total for 2 days of VLCD, this is awesome, i feel great!

MagieDen 05-25-2012 11:40 AM

You are ROCKIN' :sing: the Protocol. KUTGW!!!! :jumpjoy:

Dude, that is a seriously phenomenal loss! Keep it going! Those first week losses will slow down, so don't panic when they do, but the rate of losses still tends to blow all other plans way out of the water.

man im sooooo messed up right now. we are up north at our vacation home for the memorial day weekend. Everyone around me is drinking and bbqing and i am sooo tempted and feeling like crap today. I know i should have stayed home this weekend but i couldnt, promised the kids.

Please i needd some encouragement and a kick in a$$:aprayer:

Stay strong. You are doing so well. A cheat could set you back a whole week and I am not exagerrating. Drink lots of water, and eat higher protein if you need to, but, please do not go off plan. It is not worth it. Focus on the time spent with your family, not the food:hugs:. You can do it!

Get out for walks (it's beautiful there, right???) and avoid the kitchen, exceptwhen you're preparing your meals. You can do this...big thing, ask yourself "am I hungry" or is it that I would "LIKE" to eat something I shouldn't...

and the extra water will help you..nto to mention, headign for the bathroom...instead of the kitchen!!! :D

Thanks for the support ladies! i got thru yesterday by the skin of my teeth, lol. I came back here to read and made me feel better. I can do this, if i get thru this weekend without a cocktail then i can do this the rest of the way.

Again, thanks!

Cruzcrzy 05-27-2012 07:34 AM

WTG:jumpjoy:. Trust me, the cheat is not worth it. This is a hard protocol and to be set back a week is not worth it. Just keep telling yourself you can do anything for 3 weeks.

I went out to dinner with my DH and friends for his 60th bday...and ate P3-like...but still was on hCG. It took me 6 days to get back to where I was the morning of the day when we went out. I know I'd do it again :)...but it wasn't easy re-losing the weight!
