Always upbeat and ready to face each day!! I'm up on the scale today, but that's b/c I started my weekend celebrating last night !! I had fun, but I went to the gym already today and worked hard!! I'm up for a metabolic refeeding celebration weekend!! So, I'm a year older? So what!! I feel great, I look good, and I'm richly blessed!! Let the party begin!! Well. after my shower I'm a mess ![]() Have a great weekend ladies. I'm gonna' practice some RRARFing (Matt Stone's idea on metabolism help) by eating, resting and eating . My temps are low enough to need a little boost. I will CD and recover next week. Promise! ![]()

Julie- Happy Birthday weekend! Lots of good plans, hope you have a great time!
Lara- hope you had a great time last night! Shelby- you had a great round, good job! Look forward to you being a regular part of this thread! Taryl- hope the scale is settling down now for you, and you are feeling better! Berta- Doing great with P3! Been a super busy week for me, so haven't been around in a few days. It's very easy to lose focus when I don't check in daily, and the support here is awesome! I've been right at ldw all week, but ate out last night and gained 3.4, so today is a CD. It's all good! Hope you all have a great, long holiday weekend! Tonya |

Ok here the update... we went for drinks and had so much fun!!! but my gf invited her friends and so Rob wanted to go to another bar without them.... so we left and I think that there are traces of hcg left in my body cause I couldnt even drive home too tipsy and that NEVER happens, Rob took me to my house and we watched movies until 4am he gave me a neck rub!!!! (another odd thing) I started feeling not so well cause I hadnt eaten went to get some string cheese and I fell asleep lol!!!!
oh and I'm at the same weight now since Thursday!! whoop whoop! funny how each round is different huh. Good luck on your cd Tonya and Berta! and Shelby you can do this girl you got it in the bag! Last edited by LaraSuzz; 05-26-2012 at 08:41 PM.. |

Bummer on the cd, Berta, but quick correcting is crucial!
You can do this, Shelby! That is a little weird if you're not prone to sensitivity to alcohol, Lara. But I found I couldn't hold a drink as well as I used to after this past round and figured it had more to do with my lower body weight and therefore reaching that level of tipsy faster than any actual affect of the hCG. My weight has been doing fine, sorry I've been busy and lazy on checking in! My weight was 169.2 yesterday, but I had a late dinner and nuts and was up a pound this morning. I've been on plan with a cooperative scale for the past two days, which has been nice. My eating never strayed so I have been gratified to see the scale reflecting that. Today has been great and I'm a smidge under my calories but not hungry, so no complaints.

Lara- sounds like you had a nice time! So happy for you!
Alcohol hit me the same way several weeks into P3, but it's better now in P4. This round seems to be much smoother for you! Great job! Taryl- Still doing great! I'm sure that lb will be gone tomorrow. Berta- hope your steak day gives nice results! I did my steak day yesterday and only lost .6. A little disappointed it was so low because I was up 3.4 yesterday, so I'm still out of my window by 2.8. Guess I'll keep it clean today and another CD tomorrow? Not sure decisions, decisions. Hope you all have a great day! Tonya |

That stinks to lose so little from a steak day, but I've had that happen to me, too. That tends to be around TOM that steak days aren't as effective probably because some of my bloat is hormonal and not food related.
Today was indeed better, that pound was right back off and I was at 169.2. Hopefully this week on plan will see me down even further, toward the bottom of my window and beyond. I would like to maintain about 165 instead of where I ended this round, at 168. We'll see |
