Sounds like everyone is doing good this morning!

I'm down another pound. This is greatness! I have not been eating the breadsticks though.. Someone brought that to my attention yesterday. I need to get those. And dairy. I don't drink milk, so.... What to do? Right now I am eating the same thing, every single day. Chicken, spinach and strawberries for lunch.. Fish, orange, and celery for dinner.

shelby, I bought a few clothes in April & they look ridiculous on me now...since I only wore them once or twice, I need to find a new home for them. I don't want to just give them to Goodwill.

Nice info on the reshaping...I can only hope to be there one day. I'd like some hips please!

Shelby - that's so neat about the reshaping. I hope I get some of that going on! I'm hoping to buy some new clothes this summer.. I set up my interview in LA for Thursday so I'm coming Wednesday evening and leaving Thursday evening..not a ton of time but I'll be hanging around Beverly Hills eating spinach and apples or something

Tiffany - nice loss! Don't worry about the dairy or breadsticks. Just eat your menu till you get sick of it and then switch stuff out! Keep it simple

So about me today: went to the clinic to get new shots and weighed in at..164.5!! Did I just lose 3 pounds in a day or something? Whatever, no complaints..but I was pretty much like They also lovingly gave me some appetite suppressants for this last week because I've been getting hungrier. Next Friday is final weigh-in so we'll see!

Time for the procrastination queen to finally get some work done - have a lovely day everyone

So what happened in my previous P3's is that I ended up at a certain set of measurements after P2 but the fat shifted around a LOT during P3. I measure bust, under-bust, waist, hips, upper thigh, lower thigh (my bottom half has always been the last to go!), and upper arms. When I took my measurements last weekend, they were ALMOST identical to the measurements at the end of my last round, except for my hips where I was down a full inch. Today we should find out if we are taking a road trip to NC. It would most likely be next Wednesday to the following Wednesday. So I'll probably want to start P3 a few days before we leave to get the hang of it. If it is like Atkin's induction, I'll be a pro!

Happy Friday to everyone! I got my butt into work early so I can leave at a reasonable time and here I am playing around on LCF!

All right ladies--I think I am calling it. I am continuing to drop a little day by day but I have been solidly between 136 and 138 for about a week now so today is LID and the weekend will be my vlcd's with no injections. That will give me Tuesday and Wednesday to start P3 NOT on a weekend before traveling Thursday. I got food for the plane and to have at my friend's house in Chicago. Planning on hard-boiled eggs, organic mozzarella cheese, organic chicken breasts--pretty protein heavy but it should keep me full. I am not going to take a lot of cheese because that can be a binge food for me but I will have a couple on hand in case I get hungry. I am REALLY going to try and follow hunger signals this P3 and work at KEEPING this weight. May all the higher powers that be help me with this.

Cocoa - what time do you get in Wednesday? If you would like to have dinner, P2 style, on Wednesday night in LA, let me know. If I can do one thing right now, it's cook P2! I love meeting LCF's in person!

Congratulations. Every little ounce adds up. I am up a tad again .2 but tomorrow I am doing a CD day.Before going on vacation the 5th of June, because I am now only 1lb from being 2lbs over my LDW.

b- coffee
l- tilapia, asparagus, orange, grissini
d- hamburger patty, onions, apple, grissini

My last VLCD is a week from today, so I've got my eyes on the prize!

That would be amazing!! My plane lands at LAX at about 5:30 - I was just planning on grabbing a cab to my hotel and hanging out there but dinner with you sounds way more fun Plus I'd actually TRUST you to make my food, haha..I've never been able to have anyone cook for me while on P2 except for my dad who just grilled my steak once only AFTER I weighed it, checked his spices for sugar and hydrolyzed soy protein (ew, no soy thanks), and told him 5 times to cook it with no oil or butter. He learned how much of a stickler I am so let's just say he doesn't cook for me often right now..

I had to travel to NYC for a job interview during my first week of P2 so it's been interesting! I made all my food ahead of time and then left it in the fridge so I went to the Whole Foods by the hotel and bought a huge container of lettuce, apples, and sliced natural chicken breast with no sugar. I survived! I've been debating on just making Thursday an apple day because it would be way easier (even though I know that's technically to be used for breaking a stall). I'll think about it.

Anyway - I was a bit long-winded there but basically, this idea excites me!! I'd love to meet you

Berta - I would NOT recommend doing a CD when you don't need one. Seriously, they are only for days when you are OVER, not when you want to lose a little. It could upset your stabilization and you don't want to do that! Instead, try doing what C'Marie refers to as a P2++ day. P2 foods in larger quantities, easy on the dairy, nuts, fruit and artificial sweeteners. That should drop you down.

Haha! Too funny about putting your dad through the wringer to cook for you! I've just been going through the same thing with my besties. We were planning a get-together for the weekend but one girl is just starting P3 and another is loading. At this point in my round I do NOT want to be around cheesecake or loading goodies of any sort! If they want to come over, I am making burgers and salad and sliced strawberries damnit!

I assume you are flying into LAX? If so, I actually live right by the airport. I could pick you up, take you to my house and feed you, then drop you at your hotel. Save you probably about $40 in cab fare... What do you think?

Hahaha at least your besties do HCG and understand it! I tried to explain it to mine and they thought I was crazy/intense (you inject yourself with hormones?!) but aren't really against it. If I have people over then they know they can bring whatever food they want, but they are subject to whatever I feel like making. If it's your place, I think you have that right!

I AM flying into LAX, how convenient..I accept your plan and humbly thank you for your willingness to go out of your way to help me out and spend some time with me

Thank you. This is my first time doing HCG, I am doing injections. This is day 9 (including loading days) and I have lost 3 lbs (7 total with loading). I have 20 to lose and am post menopausal so I will be happy to lose 9-12 in the 21 days!

This is what I read on LCF HCG PH3 pg2.

TO AVOID A STEAK DAY....
This method is not meant to take the place of a steak day.It is only intended to drop some weight when you are getting close to a required steak day.If you see a steak day drawing near,you can do the following,which will usually bring your weight down a pound or so the next day.
1.Drink lots of water that day
2. Don't eat until lunch
3. Have for lunch a whole can of tuna or chicken with mayo on either lettuce or celery for lunch.
4.Have a big portion of protein for dinner with a small salad and 0-1 carb dressing.(excluding Ranch)
5.If you are extremely hungry, you could also have 2 eggs for breakfast.

I am only 1lb from the 2lbs and I have been gaining a little every day.Tonight we are having friends for a BBQ and I will be up in the morning probaby.SO Saturday if I am up Sat morning I want to do the things posted above.Before I have to do a CD day.

It's always good to be prepared! I think all of those things sound like good ideas--especially if you are close to a cd. If you are over 2 pounds on Saturday morning, then by all means, do a cd. I was just saying that you shouldn't do an official one if you didn't have to...

Haha sounds really good actually I think I'm happiest eating beef vs all the other protein choices. This might be weird but..I don't think I can PM..I'm looking all over for it but I think I haven't been a member long enough to have that permission. At least from what I can tell in the FAQ. Maybe I'm just silly and can't find it? Totally possible.

I just found out I'm going to be in Detroit at a baseball game on my first day of P3..it's gonna be interesting, to say the least

It's always good to be prepared! I think all of those things sound like good ideas--especially if you are close to a cd. If you are over 2 pounds on Saturday morning, then by all means, do a cd. I was just saying that you shouldn't do an official one if you didn't have to...

I do not want to do a CD but we are going on vacation JUne 5th and I don't wnat to go over my LDW before then or even after thjat if I don't have to.

You are right--I think you need 60 posts or 60 days or something like that. Worse comes to worst, you can just post like a maniac over the weekend! Haha! If you're still unable, you can just post your flight details here and we can coordinate phone numbers or something.
