WOE: VLC with wine :) not losing so trying HCG
Start Date: P2 1st VLC day May 17th
P2- what time do you eat?

Just curious what time people have their "meals"

do you find the times affect your losses?

i usually eat around 12pm(protein, veggie, fruit) and again around 3:30pm

i find that if i eat later in the evening, my losses aren't as good

anyone else find that?

but I do want to start pushing it back a little so i can eat with the family

what do you do?

Lunch at lunchtime - 12 noon
Dinner at dinner time - 6-7pm

I do find that if I eat MUCH later, say 8-9pm, my losses aren't as good.

Lunch--I eat around 2PM. My work schedule forces me to put off lunch til this late. Me personally, I would much prefer an earlier time!

Dinner-- around 6:30 or 7PM.

I find that if I eat after 8PM my losses are not as good.

I try to keep my eating window from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, at the latest. I would like to compact that further but it hasn't been convenient with my schedule thus far.

I am Diabetic and depending on my BS numbers my day goes like this.

Morning - Coffee or fruit (strawberries usually)- Upon waking
Dose - 9:30-10 am
Lunch- protein & veggie - 12-12:30
Dose - 2-2:30
Dinner - protein & veggie/fruit 5:00-6pm
Dose - 7:30-8:30 pm

No eating after 6pm but maybe drinking water or tea etc..

Seems to be working for me.

I usually eat lunch around 12:30-1:30pm and dinner around 6:30-7:30. Standard eating times.

I think it's only affected me negatively if I've eaten super late, like at 9 or 10pm.
