a tip for those on hHCG

I am back on HCG again..it must be about my 5th round. I lose very well averaging about .8lb/day on a 21 or 28 day round. I stick to protocol rigidly. I have tried both sublHcg and hHCG and found no difference. I have no trouble stabilising on either

my downfall is the long term stuff, I get and stabilise a weight I think looks good on me..and I love to cook, I am a hedonist, so I nibble a bit here, I have a treat there and the weight starts to creep back..I notice this or I know that I am eating just a little more than I should and so i stop weighing myself in the mornings...and it creeps..a couple of pounds, which i explain away..then that becomes my new weight...and so a couple of more...etc etc...

which explains the 20lbs that I gained between october (when I finished my last HCG round) and now... this is perhaps the 3 round I have done to correct this slackness..I need some new stratgies, the most important one being that I MUST weigh myself every day...

OK that being said, I have picked up a few tricks on the way, one relates to hHCG, I have found that splitting the doses so that I am taking them more frequently during the day, seems to work better, so instead of 3x a day, split them and take them 6x a day. Just as usual keep them away from food!...

and the good news is that I am 11.44lbs down on this round Day8 of P2. Just another 8ish lbs to go.

Thank you for sharing this!!

Stabilizing (or maintaining) has been my challenge as well, with other weight-release programs as well as hhcg.

It seems like such a relief to be "done" with a round, or to reach a goal weight, but that's when the real work begins!! I know this, and I hope to do a better job this time!!

Yes, I agree!! I am on my ....well, let's not say what round I am on (it is not the one in my stats to the left, that is old)......stabilization and above all, accountability to myself as well as others, is key. Something I have yet to achieve. Hoping this is the charm!!
