Rougue for P3---advice needed please
I have 5 lbs left to get to goal and am afraid about P3 since I will be going on vacation. I have an extremely hard time losing weight and this has been the best diet I have ever been on. I am afraid of P3 and gaining. Any advice?

Most would recommend low carb/high fat. I started R1 P3 with JUDDD, but found that I couldn't eat enough...so I went to LC'ing and doing fine maintaining.

I have heard of the term "rogue" in doing the hcg diet and I was just wondering what it was and if I could benefit from it. Thanks for your advice. :-) Paula |

Fyi, rogue is generally used to refer to the P2 phase of the hcg diet and means that you are not eating the foods on the original plan or not eating 500 calories or both. Phase 3 is pretty standard--no sugars, no starches. If you didn't follow that rule, i would also worry about stabilization. :) |
