New to HCG - looking for a support crew
Hi everyone! I am new to LCF and the HCG diet. Today is day one and I am using the drops. I also take the multi vitamin and B12 drops for energy. I brought my lunch and snack so WOO HOO!
I work in an office and we usually go out somewhere EVERYDAY so that will be a big hurdle to get over but I CAN DO IT! I am tired of yo-yoing and have decided that now that the kids are older (16, 11 and 6) it is time for me. I am audio diarying to and from work as a stress release and emotional outlet. I am an emotional eater and I haven't addressed that with any other diet before. Before I began this journey, I tried to think of things that made me stray away or gain it back. I have things in motion to combat all those things. Anyone wanting to share their journey...come along! Have a great day! ![]() |
