Hello...New to HCG

Hello Everyone!

I just started on May 10th. I am on day 5. I am using the drops. I have lost 4.5 pounds so far. I am using the drops.

Today I woke up not feeling great. Slight headache and a little quesy. I suspect it is sugar withdrawal. I am also awfully hungry a lot.

I hope it gets better!
