I have done two FF in two rounds and I stabilized very well and I kept the pounds off. I did it for 3 days both times. I stabilize really well though (working on round 3 and hope it's just as successful!) I think the key to stabilizing is going slow and eating enough calories. I don't count calories, I kinda gauge it by my appetite but I make sure to eat until full and I eat lots of healthy good fats like coconut oil, coconut butter, avocados, salmon, olive oil, coconut milk, heavy cream etc...notice the theme here? Coconut lol :D
