How is this for first P3?

First day of P3!!! YEAAAAH!

I have started with half and half (quite a bit) in 2 cups of coffee this morning with a tsp of coconut oil. Breakfast was a 3.5 oz cajun grilled chicken for protein. Lunch I will have 6-7oz grilled chicken with 2 cups of kale and strawberry sorbet (ice-lemon juice-6 strawberry's-vanilla stevia blended). Dinner is going to be a 7oz sirloin steak grilled with french onion soup (leftover from P2) minus cheese and bread and an apple for desert.

Daily Totals:

Fiber

Carbs
128.9 g

Sodium
4513.6 mg

Protein
144.8 g

Water
75 fl oz

Daily Calorie Composition: 30% from carbs, 36% from fat and 34% from protein.

MY BMR is 1536.48-with Harris Benedict equation

I was trying not to be to concerned with calories yet but trying to balance fat/protein/carb to a decent ratio.

How does this look for the first few days of P3?

I want to see if the cream will make me gain over the next couple of days before I try to add eggs in or possibly cheese.

HOLY COW!!! Those calories add up quickly . If I don't gain +2 and STABILIZE this phase could actually be FUN. I want to try so many things and now have to learn patience. .

oops...I hope I didn't just jinks myself LOL. Watch me have a big gain from just using cream today for opening my big mouth LOL

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and support!!! You all are the BEST

Hmmmm...where are the 30%/128g of carbs coming from? I see kale, HWC, strawberries, onion soup and an apple. Nothing that would add up to that much. I think something is off here. I would definitely increase fat a bit. Otherwise looks great!

I was wondering the same thing on the carbs? I entered this on fit day and these are the results it gave me. Hmmmm this is the double portion of p2 foods I ate for lunch and dinner minus the sirloin (I ate London broil p2). Maybe that is why I it took me an additional 30 days to lose the last 10 lbs to goal weight on p2 (carbs?) LOL

To add more fat today what about a cup of Greek yogurt or should I just have some more cream tonight in a cup of coffee. I want to be able to isolate a problem food if I gain.

Thank you for the quick replies

CONGRATS for US!!!!! I do need to stop at the store and get some HWC. I haven't had time to prepare a grocery list yet. I will be going this weekend though. I honestly didn't expect to be in P3 this week. I did a 70 day P2 trying to get the last pounds off so I wouldn't have to do a round 2 and unexpectedly I dropped 2 pounds over night and hit goal. I thought for sure I would have one more week of p2.

What was your menu today? Are you taking it slow or jumping in feet first? We need to do p3 together! I hope your p2 was successful and we stabilize like a rock!

I would say instead of GY, add some butter or oil to your veggies. Usually people have more intolerance issues with dairy than with oils. As far as the carbs go, it could be the kale, I guess. I don't usually eat that so am not familiar with how many carbs it has. Where does ****** say the carbs are? Looks like 2c of raw kale only has about 13 carbs. 2c of cooked doesn't have much more. If you are using the French onion soup measure from ******, I am guessing that they are including bread and cheese in that carb count (41.9g). Just want to make sure you get ALL the yumminess of those P3 calories!
