Thanks much for your input/advice. Actually I love eggs (anything fat ) and I think I can easily handle an all eggs CD. I will include that on my list and see what happens. I love GYCD (sooo yummy) but it does not yield me loss (I STS or just minimal loss ). I do not think I tried the steak CD yet, that also goes on my list. I will be trying those for the next couple of weeks and see what works better for me besides the chicken thighs since I already know that one works for me (yielding at least a couple of lbs but I eat omolet for breakfast on my chicken thighs CD!)

Thanks again and KUTGW
Thank you very much for the nice compliment I'll take all them I can get
The steak CD is actually the only one besides an apple day that I KNOW OF on the actual P&I Protocol.I do best with egg cd though!

Hi ladies!

I have no idea what I weigh. I'll find out tomorrow. I'm fitting into some smaller sizes though they are still snug. I'm obeying the directions from WLA and judging by how my clothes fit to encourage myself. I needed some encouragement so I tried on some smaller pants and am wearing them to work. I really didn't want to look like a blimp at this conference this weekend. I WANT TO LOOK GORGEOUS!!! Can someone please waive their wand and make me a movie star? I'm feeling much better with my new batch of RXHCG. I'm using the vial to only draw one injection daily and leaving it covered by foil in the fridge til then. I'll be taking it on my trip this weekend in a cooler and I ordered a fridge. I pray they will have it. I'm taking my mini Foreman with me. Have my food stuff prepared. Well good thing I checked with the hotel, the lady who made the reservation neglected to put the note that I need a fridge for medication. UCHHHHH so I asked to speak with a manager. Hopefully I get that resolved. Or, I'll be depending on blue ice and ice bags all weekend uchhhhhhh

Adeline-I'm excited for your weigh in tomorrow!! I know it'll be good!! Have a wonderful time and enjoy yourself!! Great job planning and ensuring your success!! And on the smaller pants!!

Amy-

Jodie-good to hear from you!! Glad it's going well still. I'll post about exercise when I add it back. I pulled a muscle or something in my hip/upper thigh the other day. Really stupid, I was taking my mom's king size bed off the frame (to make it easier for her to get into) and must have done something to it. It's silly, and annoyingly painful. Hope it'll be better quickly. I'm rarely in pain or injured/sick, spoiled I know . Glad your water walking is a good habit!! I would like to get back to the gym on a regular basis, but wanted to be stable weight wise first!!

Berta-you're doing great!

Shelby-would you consider your vacations RRARFing?

hhcg-glad you're down!! You're doing just fine!!

SBW- working it!!!

I'm happy. STS today LDW+1!! After dinner at Paradise Bakery and dessert at my gelato place (regular, not SF!!). Woohoo!! And NSV-got a size small jacket and size 6 hiking capris at Eddie Bauer last night!! That was a huge deal to me!! Hiking clothing always runs small (not sure why!) and a SMALL!! Even if it's vanity sized, it's a small!!

@Julie - I was RRARFing for SURE on vacation! My mother bakes these homemade chocolate chip cookies that she freezes...oy! Let's just say that she had fewer in her freezer when I left! Did I mention that my brother and I had a pie-bakeoff? He did a blueberry peach with a double butter crust. I did a caramel apple. I think it was a tie--but I had to have 3 helpings over the course of a day and a half...just to be sure! That's the kind of "cheating" that I can justify. Homemade goodies, that I really only indulge in, maybe once a year. Now, we won't discuss the peanut M&M's at the airport. Darn flight delays (and airports in general!) are my nemesis!

What fatty CDs do you recomend? I can live on GYCD mixed with cream cheese for a week but I STS with GYCD and I need to lose at this point!

Thanks again for the reply Cocoa
Aww thanks!!

You seem to really like cream cheese, so I'd recommend that one for you! That and macadamia nuts are the classic fats recommended by Atkins for the fat fast. There's a peanut butter cream cheese type thing that some people make for a fat fast. I did my own fats obviously, but there are a lot of options that you can look up!

Fat Fast Recipes

These are my "GoTo" recipes for the fat fast:

JELLO WHIP

Ingredients
1 small package sugar free Jell-O (any flavor)
˝ cup boiling water
4 ice cubes
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature and cut into cubes
⅔ cup heavy or whipping cream

Directions
Dissolve the Jell-O completely in the boiling water, then add the ice cubes to cool it down and to thicken it.

When the ice cubes are melted, pour the gelatin mixture in the blender and add the cutup cream cheese. Whirl it around until the ingredients are completely blended. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.

Whip the cream, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions, cover each with plastic wrap, and put them in the refrigerator to chill.

CREAM CHEESE CLOUDS

Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
˝ cup unsalted butter, softened
˝-ľ cup granular Splenda
˝ teaspoon vanilla or other flavoring

Directions
Beat everything with an electric mixer until fluffy. Drop by bite-size spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Store in the freezer and eat frozen.

CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS

Ingredients
2 8oz pkg of cream cheese softened
2 egg
Ľ cup Splenda
1 tsp vanilla
6-8 drops Capella New York Cheesecake flavor drops
3 tbsp of cocoa powder - optional

Directions
Soften cream cheese about 40 seconds in microwave. Add other ingredients. Beat with mixer till smooth. Pour into 12 muffin pans lined with the papers. Bake at 350 for 20 min.

Basically, the idea is to eat 1000 calories comprised of over 80% pat (the higher the fat, the better!). Cream cheese, macadamia nuts, heavy whipping cream, mayo, tuna, eggs (especially the yolks!).

I usually eat 2 muffins throughout the morning, jello whip for lunch, 1 whole egg + 2 yolks scrambled and 2 pieces of bacon for dinner, and 2 cream cheese clouds for a snack for about 86% fat and 1002 calories. For multiple days, I make egg or tuna salad with 2 TBS of mayo for dinner and eat it on a lettuce wrap. I also add macadamia nuts when I need to up the fat (when my calorie count allows) or have full fat sour cream mixed with celery salt and dill and dip pork rinds in it.

Just wanted to share my input...I'm actually on day 2 of a FF right now

Thats cool ! I actually live 25 miles south of Pgh. But it just takes 25 mins to get downtown.
Baby Chloe is doing sooo much better today. She has the rash the dr said she'd get when she was just about over it. I'm relieved! Things just weren't right around here.

Well that freaks me out! Should I up my injection amount I'm mixing up a batch tonight. I'm on day 13 but I had to throw out one or two syringes. This batch should have lasted me 16 days but I messed up. So. . . . should I up my dose from 125 IU to 150?

I began feeling very hungry yesterday. Maybe the potency of my batch diminished? I can test the one syringe I have in the fridge on a pregnancy test. Or maybe I need to up my dose a bit. I was famished when I got home for dinner. This morning, I was famished by 10:30 and at my lunch by 11:00. It's not like me this round to be that kinda hungry. Prior to these two days it was always very relaxed and manageable.
How did the test of your Rx stuff work? I take Rx and I rarely feel hunger, and it's only when I didn't have enough water, or I've waited so long I'm light-headed. Hope you have worked out...

Also I read on another support group that the hcg absorbs into the plastic, so I'm not filling them in advance, I'm just withdrawing my dose daily and injecting. Learning more and more along this journey!!! Today my hunger is at bay!!! HALLELUJAH!!! THANK YOU LORD. I am so relieved. I was grouchy and mean to poor DH when I got home and had to apologize for my crankiness. He graciously accepted and told me he was so glad to have "his Adeline back, he missed me" awwww. Well I'm back in the swing and realize even more why I like HCG cause I love not being bothered by those cravings and hunger. It's such an amazing relief. I was reading up on Dr. Kruses' site about Leptin reset and the fact that hunger and cravings go away when you become Leptin sensitive again. OH HOW I NEED THAT.
That is awesome news! So happy, happy, happy for you!

I did get some vitamin b drops cause I was feeling weak off and on today. I'm planning to weigh a day early, Friday instead of Saturday cause I'll be too busy and out of town. I want to measure to, so I can keep track of the losses by inches as well. I hired an HCG coach to help me transition through the next phase which won't be until mid september sometime. I guess I'll skip a dose again on friday (is that what I"m supposed to do?) I am doing everything I can to succeed this time, more in terms of having some lasting results than in terms of huge numbers for my weight loss. Being with all of you and your encouragement and support are priceless. I COULDN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU!!!
I agree, it's this board's support that helps me hang in there even when I'm sad, mad, frustrated! They CELEBRATE with me in every ounce lost! Love y'all!

You may have already answered this, but I don't have time to go back through the posts: 1. Are you using hhcg or rx hcg? 2. Are you doing the FF every day? 3. If yes to number 2, are you following the same exact menu daily? Sorry to pepper you with questions, you're just BLOWING MY MIND!

SBW-good job!!

Jeanette-woohoo!! Stick those 150's GF!!

Adeline-you're petite too!! I feel tall around these parts, except for Cocoa and Shelby. Sigh .

I start P4 Friday or Saturday. I'm also looking forward to some sweet potato, maybe a few fries, maybe some hummus. I'm not that anxious for sugary stuff. My froyo has already been added successfully in P3 and that's my treat of choice!! The rest is all gravy .

I STS today, which is a bit disappointing. I'm still at the upper edge of my window. I'd rather be closer to LDW, but in is in . I'll shoot for a "lighter day" today and hope for a bit of wiggle room. If DMIL wasn't here I'd do a Cd. (even though I know I'm not out of my window!!) I would like to settle a bit lower in the 140's, but it's all stable in my book. Once I'm into P4 I will be able to breathe more deeply. I feel like I'm holding my breath a bit still.

I am also pleasantly surprised to see my temps are up today!! I was 97.7 today!! That's back where I was during my refeed RRARFing . I'm thrilled!! I think the froyo and added carbs must be helping. I'm burning!! Woo-hoo!! This is HUGE for me!! Stable weight, almost "normal" body temps. If I didn't know better, I'd say I'm healthy . Yay God!!
Yay God is right! Woo hoo! I'm looking forward to sweet potatoes and beans. I love beans, and I miss them! I really want to do P3 different this time (more like what the book says, not just low carb). We'll see because my body usually doesn't like carbs, but I starve it of carbs as soon as I hit P3 so I want to change it up!

As for my temp: I was working on raising my body temps as that is a measurment of your metabollic function (theoretically). My RRARF experiement encouraged taking your temps as a guage of your metabollic health. My normal temps are 95ish, when on my thyroid meds I'm up to the mid 96's, and it wasn't until my refeed that I got up to the 97's. I considered that a good indicator that my metabolism was humming along better than it had previously been. I was hopeful it meant I was healthy and had a good metabollic rate. So once I was consistently in the 97's for a few weeks I took it that it was safe to try to lose some of the weight I'd gained during my refeed. I was confident after reading WLA that a 21 day round on hcg wouldn't hurt my metabolism, and we all know it works for the weight loss. So, here I am in P3, holding pretty steady near my LDW and my temps are in the mid 97's. I'd call that success!! For me at least .

Berta-steady is good!! I've been 2 over LDW the past 2 days and am happy enough to stay here while eating well .

Made yummy cauli fried rice w/ chicken stir fry for dinner. It was really good!! Probably too much salt, but soo good!! Hope the scale doesn't punish me tomorrow. I'm due to bump out of window. I'm thinking It'll take a CD to get lower in my window eventually, but haven't watned to do one unless I was technically *out* of window. May be tomorrow based on how full I feel right now!!
You're so smart! I've never heard of checking your temp for that, but I know HOW to do it when I suffered from infertility. I will look into that more after my round. Also, I LOVE cauli fried rice! It's one of my favorites! YUM! Hope you didn't go out of your window!

Quite happy!! I'm in my range LDW+1, eating well, feeling great!! My daily morning temps are 97.6 usually, which is wonderful!! I've been a mess for so long, and been obese or at least overweight my entire adult life. This is the first time in my life that I've been "normal" and I'm loving it!! I'm trying to appreciate it while I'm in the middle of it, and make this my every day weight. I am thrilled and excited, yet I realize it's not a slam dunk and staying here will still require effort and sacrifice. I'm willing and committed to doing it. I don't want to get too comfortable and slip up and regain. I'd love to never have to lose weight again!! What a concept!!
I know what you mean. For the last 25 years I've been morbidly obese. I'm smaller than I've been since pre-pregnancy. It's nice to feel normal! I'm even thinking, do I want to lose more? Maybe that's because I'm tired of P2 though! LOL!

I'm so proud of you girl! Wow Wow Wow! You are simply M-AZING!

I am one lb above my LDW but still have one I can get to.Though I would rather be the 3lbs below like I was when I started PH3. But as long as I don't go over that dreaded two lbs I will be happy!(I guess)

I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week.
YAY YOU! You are doing so well. I know that you want that wiggle room, but it doesn't matter as long as you're in your window. Wowza!

I've had rounds good and bad and just like that. I think for me the most critical part of this protocol is the maintenance/weight window. If I can gain 6 pounds in one day (which I can) then think of a few days without monitoring....YIKES-A-RAMA!

Looks as if you have lots of options.Best wishes to you!
I love Shelby's chicken thighs! That's my favorite! I also like the egg day, and a new fav is the burger over easy (fried egg on top of hamburger). Oooh, that's making me sort of want that and I can't because I'm in P2!

I know you're busy getting ready for the yard sale so I hope it's very successful! Have a great evening!

I'm playing catch-up myself! Love the egg white idea! It's helping so much! Today I had: Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee; Lunch: 2 chicken tenders seasoned with Dollar Tree's Memphis BBQ Rub and a small golden delicious apple; Dinner: 1 Turkey burger cooked in pot with chicken broth add 150g of cabbage and steam, at the end pour in two egg whites! It's good I may have it when not in P2! That's it for today as I'm at 400 something calories. Anyway, THANK YOU!

Today is hubby's bday. No cake in this house! I don't think I could take it. I'm going to the bakery and get a few red velvet cupcakes for him, my dd and grandbaby to eat. That will make them happy and I don't have to look at cake for a week!
Everyone is doing great on here! KUTGW!
It will come off, I know because I gained 9.5 pounds during load! WTG on resisting cake! Those inches will fall off too! Hang in there you can do it! I have Red Velvet Cupcake coffee (super delicious).

I can't eat peanuts either or peanut butter, not and maintain control that is! Also too much cheese affects me too. I hope you loose with the chicken thighs, they always work for me! I know how you feel, sooooo frustrating. Try to eat a CD and the a clean P3 day (Shelby has the definition of a clean P3 day somewhere around here). Good luck, and hugs!

- Peanuts are not a P3 food. They are technically legumes and should be saved for P4. Most other nuts are fine but a lot of people have issues with them. Same with dairy, particularly soft cheeses like cream cheese and processed cheeses like American or Velveeta.

- I think a LOT of people (myself included) stabilize higher than they would like. I started this round 23 pounds above LDW. Some rounds "take", some don't. Sometimes we cheat--mix veggies or drink wine or eat things not on protocol or eat too much protocol stuff. Sometimes we jump into heavy P3 eating too fast. Sometimes we eat non-P3 foods in P3. All of these things can effect stabilization. Sometimes, we've gone to too low a weight for our bodies to maintain. And sometimes we have an absolutely PERFECT round, and it still doesn't stick.

This may not be what you want to hear, but WHY do you "need" to lose 5-6 pounds before the beginning of September? Is it because that was your LDW? A LOT of people who struggle to get down to LDW before their next round find that they gain excessively during loading. Is it because you have an event? If so, you should probably just try to stop the increases and relax a bit. No one really NEEDS to lose weight, we just WANT to. There are LOTS of different things to try to take the extra pounds off. 1 hour window, JUDDD, WLA tricks, Leptin reset, no-S diet, Atkins 72, just to name a few. It's up to you to decide how you want to approach it.

Hopefully some of that is helpful! I really really feel ya on wanting LDW but sometimes it just doesn't happen for whatever reason!
As usual, you're dabomb diggity Shelby! Great info to go by! Thanks for always being there for us! Hugs to you awesome lady!

I'll be interested in what you add in for exercise. I've been poolwalking for 4 years...my knees are happy with it...but need to look at adding weights.

Getting excited about leaving soon...got alot of socializing coming up...and that's the crazy part. Planning on eating a LOT of salads.

C'marie, remember the song "mama said there'd be days like this..."
Well, you had one...and you'll recover! hang in there....

You're doing great! Women average 0.5lbs/ day on hCG...Sounds like you're doing much better than that...which is great!!! Some rounds are better than others, so enjoy these losses!

Jodieeeeeee, thanks so much girly bop! I am rocking along! I plan on doing FREE exercises from walking in the neighborhood to lifting cans of food! I don't know for sure, I plan on googling it. I have to take it easy too because I have a tender back. I lift all day at my job and one wrong move, like today, and my back is hurting!

You didn't leave any messages about your P4 journey (I love to read the foods you're trying...LOL). Thanks for your encouragement!

I am sooo looking forward to P2 (right after Labor day). I enjoy the no brainer eating style of P2 as well as seeing the scale going downward --most of the time!

Thanks again for all your help and inspiration to many of us --we owe you big!
AWESOME CD! Keep it up and you'll be back at your LDW window before you know it!

Believe it or not, I'm going the full 40 day protocol! Here's why I decided to do it:

1. Affordable and will save me money in the long run.
2. I'm losing consistently every day (even though I didn't like the load gain, I'm really doing well).
3. I want to apply for life insurance in October, and the lower weight may help.
4. I want to hit the 140's! Oh. My. Gosh. I can't believe I just wrote that!

I'm down to 157 as of today! I can really tell in my waist and stomach and booty! Woo hoo! That's down from 165.5 beginning round, but from 175. load!

I can do 17 more days, right?

Sending lots of love and hugs! I've actually been reading and replying for over an hour now, so I've got to run. I made flax bread for my hubby (he's doing LC) and his lunch for tomorrow needs to be made! Have a great day all!

WOW! You guys are posting, posting, posting!

@Jeanette you covered everyone so well, I'll just say "DITTO what SHE SAID ^^^^ "
PS I'm glad you're going 40 days! Go girl!!!!

I started a new homeopathic arthritis pain solution. I think it's helping. I hate to say that and jinx it. I dunno, but it sure seems like less pain in the deep part of the boney area of my hip. Cautiously optimistic.

It's very hot here. I'm drinking celtic salt water with a squirt of magnesium in it also. I know I'm retaining water. I'm not weighing right now. I weighed 2 days ago and was fine, was within 2 pounds of LIW. I need a new battery in my scale. But I am being good no more 3 servings of potato chips LOL..... I am still JUDDD'ing but not perfect at that either, but close anyway. There are no "forbidden" foods on JUDDD and I'm in P4 so I can eat whatever I want. But I am working on my "wants" list being nice and healthy and I'm getting there. If I don't demonize a food then I am able to keep my life so much more in balance and I don't feel deprived. But there are foods that truly to contribute to more pain and inflammation in my life and I don't need those! I desire more of the healthy food, and have anyway since finishing my first 2 rounds of hcg back in the summer of 2010. Being perfect is just not in the cards for me, or I go truly OCD. So I am aiming for balance and health, not perfection.

@Adeline, I am praying for you to have a fantastic time, stay on track, and get your refrigerator or the means to keep everything cool that you need. (((HUGS)))
YOU ARE FABULOUS!

@Berta, just wanted to say how much you mean to me, it is so nice the way you greet everyone and how supportive you always are of everyone.

@Julie, (((HUGS))) so glad you are finding this P3 so much easier! Life is so much nicer when our bodies do what they are supposed to do!

Cocoa and Shelby! P2 again! I swear I want to jump on just to join in but I won't. (((LOVE TO BOTH OF YOU)))

@everyone else, if I've not commented on what you said, exactly, trust that I have read and enjoyed everything and am so proud just to be part of this wonderful group of support. I sure couldn't have done all I've done by myself. We all need each other.

How did the test of your Rx stuff work? I take Rx and I rarely feel hunger, and it's only when I didn't have enough water, or I've waited so long I'm light-headed. Hope you have worked out...

That is awesome news! So happy, happy, happy for you!

I agree, it's this board's support that helps me hang in there even when I'm sad, mad, frustrated! They CELEBRATE with me in every ounce lost! Love y'all!

You are gorgeous, no magic wand needed! Continuing to pray for your success physically, emotionally and spiritually!
Jeanette, I just love you! I hope to meet you and some of the others in person some day. You guys are like my bestest friends and there's such a commradary (however you spell that) amongst us. I'm down to 170.2 a little disappointed was hoping for me so really only lost 1.8 lbs since last week. I'm going to regroup and figure out what I'm doing wrong. I did drop 4 inches. My clothes are fitting much better. I'm not giving up and I refused discouragement today. I am deciding to be thankful for what I've lost. I'm going to give it my best shot to lean more towards fish and chicken and not do the vegetarian foods. I guess they don't work well for me. Does anyone recommend I do a fat fast?

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites

Jeanette:

Here is the recipe I have for the peanut butter cream cheese thingies.... They're awesome! I used the Archer Farm sugar free peanut butter with flax seed from Target. They did make me gain when I tried to use them on a fat fast...I think I may be sensitive to the peanuts. I tried them again later in P3 and did fine though.

Berta:

FF can be used as a type of CD. I use them to transition from P2 into P3...for instance today is my last day of P2 and I'm on my 3rd day of a FF. I'll do my last 2 VLCDs as 2 more fat fast days making this a 5 day fat fast. 5 days is the longest recommended fat fast since you don't get enough protein on the fat fast. You consume 1000 calories with more than 80% comprised of fat. It works great for me! I've lost 5 pounds so far in 2 days...and on a previous round I lost 8 lbs in 3 days. It's harder than it sounds to stay within the 1000 calories and not go crazy when you eat cream cheese goodies though.

PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE BITES

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
8 Tbsp Heavy Cream
˝ cup soft SF Peanut Butter
Ľ cup sweetener
˝ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions
Whip Heavy Cream in the mixer until almost fully whipped then slowly add all the other ingredients except for shredded cocunut. Scrap down sides of bowl as needed. Chill the mixture in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes.

Then roll the mixture into 3/4-inch balls. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut to coat them and then chill them for an additional 15 mins or so before serving. Recipe makes approximately 32 bites. 4 bites=1 serving

Hi Aerin,

Can you give me a couple of samples for complete menu/day on on FF please? I am verry interested in that. If you can give me the proportions on Nuts that would also be helpful and much appreciated!

You said on FF you lack protein but if you fast on cheese/cream cheese --don't get enough protein?

Keep up the great work!

There's a peanut butter cream cheese type thing that some people make for a fat fast. I did my own fats obviously, but there are a lot of options that you can look up!
Thanks much again Cocoa!
I can live on cream cheese and cheeses . After messing up with those peanuts, I am now efraid of peanut butter but I am guessing the natural PB no sugar added would be ok --right? I would do high amount of cream cheese with much lower amount of natural PB.

Thanks again!

Peanut butter, natural or otherwise, is NOT for P3--too carby, not really nuts. Save it for P4. I just assumed you were eating the natural kind when you mentioned it before. If you were eating Skippy or something like that, there's your issue! Those things are TOTALLY loaded with sugar! Good to know what was causing it anyway! ETA: Try subbing in almond butter. That's P3 legal and very yummy (although a little TOO yummy for me sometimes! )

@Jeanette - If you ever need more info on thyroid stuff, let me know. I know FAR more than I'd like to about this stuff! I even have a share file site setup that our awesome mods helped me do for all my docs so I don't clog up the board.

Hi Shelby,
This time I was reffering to the Cream cheese + Peanut butter mix Cocoa gave me.

When I indulged in P3, I was eatings raw peanuts (like in nuts...). I am not crazy about peanut butter at all (just cooking with it sometime... ) --just loving raw peanuts but not peanut butter itself...

I decided to use almond and macadamia instead.

I am now down 3.2lbs in the last couple of days. Thanks for the encouragements and advices from you great ladies --I owe you big!

Okay so I looked back at my records more carefully and discovered that I weighed a day early cause I'll be out of town tomorrow and I was 172.6 on 8/11/12 and today 8/17/12 I am 170.2--a little better. So that's 2.4 lbs and 4 inches, mostly in my thighs. I'll take it!

You said on FF you lack protein but if you fast on cheese/cream cheese --don't get enough protein?

Keep up the great work!
Sure! I'll list out the 5 days that I have planned out currently. Keep in mind that the portion sizes are very small since high fat makes the calories add up quickly. I find that if I spread everything out and make sure I wait about 2 hours between eating, I tend to feel more satisfied throughout the day.

Day 1:
2 Cream Cheese Muffins (294 cal)
Jello Whip (246 cal)
.5 oz Macadamia Nuts (100 cal)
1 Egg + 2 Egg Yolks, Scrambled (178 cal)
1 TBS Heavy Cream (50 cal)
2 Cream Cheese Clouds (134 cal)

Total Day 1: 1002 cal, 86% fat, 11% Protein, 3% carb

Day 2:
2 Cream Cheese Muffins (294 cal)
Jello Whip (246 cal)
1 Egg + 2 Egg Yolks, Scrambled (178 cal)
1 TBS Bacon Grease (for eggs) (39 cal)
2 slices of Bacon (90 cal)
1 TBS Heavy Cream (50 cal)
1/8 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (25 cal)
2 Cream Cheese Clouds (134 cal)

Total Day 2: 1056 cal, 85% fat, 12% Protein, 3% carb

Day 3:
2 Cream Cheese Muffins (294 cal)
Jello Whip (246 cal)
14 grams Pork Rinds (80 cal)
2 TBS Daisy Sour Cream (seasoned w/herbs) (60 cal)
Tuna Salad on Lettuce Wrap made with:
2 oz Tuna (50 cal)
1 Egg Yolk, hard boiled (54 cal)
2 TBS Mayo (180 cal)

My clothes are fitting much better. I'm not giving up and I refused discouragement today. I am deciding to be thankful for what I've lost. I'm going to give it my best shot to lean more towards fish and chicken and not do the vegetarian foods. I guess they don't work well for me. Does anyone recommend I do a fat fast?
I'm sorry, and surprised, it's not more!! Hope you have a great weekend!! Enjoy your trip and relax about the scale. If you're sticking to the 500cals or lower, protocol foods, the weight will go.

Shelby-

Jeanette-You're so sweet!! Taking all that time to post to each of us. You're doing great!! Keep plugging away and I hope your 40 days passes quickly. You're so brave!! Hope the 140's are your reward !!!

Aerin-how do you stabilize after using the ff to transition? I worry about rebound from it. Were you successful with it last round? It's always intrigued me, but Atkin's recommendations to only use it if metabolically resisitant always scared me. Thanks for sharing your recipes and menus though!!

hhcg-glad you're working your way down again!! Hope the weekend goes well for you!!

Well, I came in aorund 2300cals yesterday. Way too many carbs, but today is officially P4 so I guess I started a day early. I had a full bag of buttered popcorn at the movies, then I had too many choc almonds, and froyo for dinner!! Surprise, surprise, I'm up . I'm at 150 today, LDW+2.8. Sigh. I earned it though!! So, I'll be attempting a CD. We're going out to dinner w. friends, and I'm not sure where just yet. Gonna' try for a modified steak day, most places have steak. I'll do a small one for lunch if I'm starving. Considering I only did 1 CD this whole round, w. what I've been eating, I can NOT complain!

Thank you very much for sharing! So, I should stay under 1100ca/day as much as possible, basically between 1000 and 1100ca/day --right?
