Here are some tips...
- Get a copy of P&I and read it through. (you'll want to that a few times) Google "Pounds and Inches" to find a copy.
- Make sure you load well for the first 2 days with proteins and fats and low on carbs. You'll need your hCG for Load....
- Follow the Protocol as written (at least for the first round!) you'll see how it works for you...and then if you're the kind of gal who likes to modify things, you might later consider making some changes. (There are a bunch of "rogue" threads, where folks are modifying the basic protocol and losing...but I recommend you do at least the 1st round by the book.)
- Drink your water (1/2 your body weight in ounces...)
You need to decide if you're going to do Rx hCG (prescription) or hhCG (homeopathic). If you do Prescription, you'll need to decide how you take it (Shots=1x/day, Sublingual = 2x/day)and get the supplies for mixing and injecting or dosing. Netrition
