That looks pretty good, but light on the veggies. But then again I eat a good 4-6 cups, minimum, every day. More veggies, more fat like butter/lard/coconut oil. Also, half n' half has too much sugar in it, you're better off with heavy whipping cream in your coffee and it tastes better, too!

Hi Berta,
I did my first round with Rx Injections. I did my 2nd round with Rx Sublingual. I'm currently on my 3rd round with Rx Sublingual. all were dosed at the standard Simeons amout of 125IU. When you do injections, you do them once daily. Sublingual you do them 2x daily.

I've seemed to lose the SAME amount of weight per round...whether on injection or sublingual.

I'd say I'm frugal. So I looked at the cost of an extra vial (5000 IU) of hCG vs. the costs for a mix kit with all the needles I'd need. And it was much easier to justify the sublingual cost of "double the hCG" vs. the daily needle cost...and that's not including disposing of the used needles... which is something else to consider...

I bought mine overseas and received it in under 2 weeks. I placed a 2nd order right when all the FDA noise about hhCG went down...and I received it in the same amount of time. The expiration date on my vials is somewhere in 2014.(I forget the date). I store them in the small box they shipped in...keeping them at room temps.

I think you'll be pretty happy with the results.
