Way too much time on my hands!
|
What veggies do you eat in P2 and what are your favorite ways to prepare them?
Please share your ideas!

I'm not very exciting...mostly just spinach leaves or salad greens. Sometimes a cut up cucumber with salt or vinegar.
Dh is doing this with me. He likes to cut off a hunk of raw cabbage and eat that in front of the tv. He finds the crunch very satisfying. |

i mix veggies
i always have onion, celery, tomato, spinach im also on the 800 cal plan so i get to have broccoli, zucchini, green beans i sautee those in a little broth & seasonings or steam or grill |

All kinds!
I roast asparagus in the oven w/ lemon juice and sea salt. I saute chopped cabbage in low-sodium broth and mix it with shredded chicken, add ACV , Braggs, and spices, sometimes a dash of stevia for a sweet/salty taste. I blend raw spinach, strawberries, and fresh lemon juice in my Nutribullet (like the Magic Bullet but more wattage) for a GREEN SMOOTHIE. Oh, I saute onions in broth and lemon juice until they are soft, then I add chicken to the pan and cook that. SO good. |
