Just dropping in to say that I am down 17.4 lbs, this is counting my load wt. as well. Starting on day 16 and will be doing a 42 day VLC round(40 days VLC & 2 days No Hcg VLC) Hang in there everyone, we can do it!

Berta - so sorry to hear about your disappointment with the day although it seems like the day got better for you later! Keep your chin up, carry on with the vlcd, and most importantly BE PATIENT. Sometimes a cheat can set us back a full week, sometimes it does nothing, and sometimes people LOSE after cheats. In any case, be prepared for some wonky scale action this week!

As for me, I was up a pound today but I am totally ok with that because I am sunburned and was basically a complete couch potato yesterday. I skipped the yoga as I was feeling a little sore from the walk Saturday and I also felt something like a UTI coming on (I'm prone to them) and didn't think being in a super hot room would make that any better. Also, if I'm fighting a UTI that means inflammation. Inflammation = water weight. Got up this morning, did 25 minutes on the treadclimber, and am feeling mostly back to normal. Hoping for a drop tomorrow but feeling thinner by the day.

In another related note...why are "the girls" always the first thing to go??? Are they really that "abnormal"? I've got plenty of abnormal fat left on my legs thankyouverymuch...

Thank you, shelby! I forgot to mention that they had a dessert plate with cheesecake, tiramisu and german chocolate cake on it for each of us. AND a box of 4 of the most delightful cake balls ever for each of us. I know this because I made my daughter let me smell them! I took both items home for the kiddos to share!

I love the "feeling thinner by the day" comment! Congrats!!!

Wow sounds like you did great.I had fully intended to stay on plan.We went and I was going to order grilled shrimp.But they only had breaded.Also the same with the chicken.So DH and I BOTH ordered steak and eggs. Then I ate the hashbrowns and toast too..Just was to much temptation along with feeling blue( I know now that was a dumb excuse)

You did great sunflower and you had plan on cheating.Guess we switched places

Maggie you are doing great KUTGW.I was going to do a 40 day but have decided(I THINK) to do a 30 day instead.It is getting extremely hard for me not to cheat.I want to loose this and I know I have at least 4 or 5 more RNDS to go so I think I will cut this one short.I will have to wait until I get to my 30th day then I'll decide.Which that will be the 24th.(two days no HHCG and 500 cal w/o it)So I would begin PH3 on Sun the27th!

I was up 1lb yesterday and down .7 today.So we will see what happens the rest of the week.Maybe I can slide by this time?I go to PH3 the
27th.I may have to go longer since my cheat yesterday.I'll just have to see.Anyway it's over and done with so back on plan today.PH2 protocol.
