Thought I had sabotaged myself last night..........ate only 300 cals all day 220 yesterday felt very deprived. Hit the pork HARD 8oz. over the course of the night doubled my cals for the day.

W 298.8 Finally!!!
Cals 752

I'm afraid of the "pop Up" even being afraid I really blew it last night. I was roasting pork always a dangerous time for me. I can't resist picking at the roasts when they are nearly done. Well last night I ate 3 or 4 oz. of meat while hot and juicy and it was great! But.....you knew there was a butt I ate all the fat off the skin of the roasts! I'm so regretful!!! I'm gonna have to stop cooking pork or being around the cooking......I have no control around fresh roasted pork.

Cals 2227 At least......some of the fat was guesstimated.

I have the same lack of control with pork!! My dh and I love pork roasts.

Sometimes I feel that you should reach a point or have a "thing" that you do that just switches your body into a "losing mode" the "inertia" you mention. You wouldn't have to work so hard to drop the pounds. I thought EFGT would do that for me but it just seems to maintain. Maybe more fat less protein and NO CARBS. So far only HCG has worked for me.

Eating right before bed always adds mass weight. I'd not fret. you are on a roll! A little rebound is to be expected and that's not that much is it?

I had some more chicken broth flavored noodles yesterday, with some fish, mushroom, bamboo and daikon added. Yummy.

Did I tell you. I sliced up that pork loin, and cooked it sous vide style. There was much Mmmmming and Aaahing and munching and moaning. I think they liked it. I did it in my mini drink cooler with hot water and my digital thermometer. I spiced it up and put it in a plain sandwich bag and it came out so tender and delicious. I'm gonna do it again. Thanks all for the suggestion. I'm gonna try it for a 1 inch steak next. I hate overcooked steak. The best part was that when BF said he wasn't hungry yet, I was like "okay" and just added a bit more hot water to the container to keep the perfect serving temperature.
