I eat sashimi in my induction phase and I have so far lost 10lbs so far, most fish have 0g carbs so yes it is safe, just stay away of the fake crab legs ( lots of carbs) and any bread crumbs/rice...her it is a guide if it helps, I take fish soup with veggies as well in the jap restaurant I go, is filling and is all fish and broth that should help as well. keep the good work!

Yes to the sashimi. No to anything with rice. Also, if you use soy sauce, be prepared to retain a little water. It should come off in a day or two but some people see a bump up if they have it. HTH
