Don't you need shots?

Hi! Due to the unfortunate path of my life, I no longer have health insurance. Not that I know insurance would even cover this opt in diet. I am a veteran but I know no VA Dr. will cover this.

So is this diet even possible without the shots/a doctor?

Please advise. I can TELL the VA after I'm already on it but they belong to the government and can't really support elective anything.

(I'm just having a hard time with the last 7 lbs, the last inches, I am comfortable going back to Atkins when I'm done)

Nope no shots necessary. I too lost my weight with the homeopathic hcg. No prescription necessary. No doctor necessary.

I went through a doctor and had my HCG compounded at a pharmacy. I had great success with the drops I hate shots. Henry
