Lowcarbfriends needs your help!!

We had pruned the success story board because there were some threads missing photos or some threads were not really success stories.. We didn't remove very many however...

We always have a good amount of members that look at the success stories board but there are not very many threads..

Do you have a success story?? It would be really great and very helpful if you can post your Lowcarb success story!! It will be a great inspiration for other members and will help motivate them by seeing how well you have and are doing!!

Please PLEASE post your success story.. If you already have and it is an older post maybe do another one with an update!!

Cheri, are you looking for success stories even if they are a little less than normal low carb? What I mean by that is that I have been LC for a long time but couldn't lose on it until hhcg. I didn't want to post anything that would seem anti-low carb but that's part of why I ended up where I did. If you lmk, I will post mine if appropriate.

We want all weight loss success stories (and photos are not a requirement of course!). It doesn't matter how you have lost it.. We have all kinds of diet support here so posting about how you lost it and what struggles you have had and how you over came those struggles is very motivational so it would be great for newbies to see the success of all members here.. no matter what diet they used to do it.

Some members will start with one diet and switch to another to lose the last of their weight.. It would be really helpful to know what worked for everyone!

Wow... GREAT job!!!! I am sure there will be a lot of people impressed by your loss!! And what is good about all these stories it will help newbies decide what kind of plan they wish to try.. Everyone needs to find a plan that works for them and I think that success stories from people that have lost with different plans will help a lot!
