Question for those who eat fish in P2.....

Do you stick to the 100 gram protocol portion size, or do you increase it since the calories are lower than chicken and beef?

I stick to the protocol and go by measurement (weight) bc I know that I'm a person who will tweak, justify, and mess up because I'm wanting to do things my way...Doing things MY way is how I got fat! Lol

Good luck!

I usually do it by 4oz. My fish is individually vacuum sealed per fillet and there are enough in the whole package to weigh 1 lb. So I either eat just a fillet, or if they are really small just divide all the fillets equally amongst 4 servings. But it is raw weight and it usually ends up being 4 oz, instead of 3.5 oz. It is not because of the calories, just me being lazy LOL. I just don't want to have an oz of fish leftover, ya know? Hate leftovers like that or wasting it. But that is me!

I increase it a bit so the calories are more on par with what they should be. I did a round not doing that, but it left me hungry and not losing as I did with more cals. So I need to increase to get the losses.

You may want to try to stick to 100g and see how your body likes it and only tweak if there's a reason to IYKWIM.
