Thanks, Mini. I'll have to go to the lab that they faxed the lab work to and then see what it is that they are drawing for. Then if I have to I'll get the Western Blot done myself. That's one of my pet peeves; only hearing that tests came back "normal." It's the RN in me that wants to read the full report and see the data.
I'm going to go get busy loading for my round, now. Woohooo! One and a half days will be plenty. |

I vote for a new thread tomorrow!
I decided to make today a true refeed day, based on suggestions that Nola made, and also a bunch of the IF musclehead gurus. I ATE today -- low carb nutrition fest! It'll be back to my regularly scheduled down day tomorrow, and I am hoping that goes easily and well. |

OK, I'm inspired by all these posts!! I've been thinking about it the past few days, and I think I can do it again.
Diva, please pm my your link if you'd like. As a massage therapist, I've seen countless bodies, and I'd be happy to offer whatever feedback you need. I also do endermologie, which is a cellulite treatment, and I'm familiar with some other slimming treatments, so maybe I can offer some suggestions. I'm going on a short vacay next week, so I'll use the last 2 days as loading...but modest loading, fairly low-carb. I have to wear a swim suit next week, and if that doesn't jolt me into action, nothing will!! I'm very interested in hearing about the patches! If I didn't have sooooo much money invested in pellets/drops, I'd be tempted. I just can't spend anything right now. I'll make it work with what I have.

Another taker!! Must be the season! Glad you are climbing on-board with us, Lynne. It's high-time, ain't it? I just hope I have enough pellets left to take me all the way to my birthday. I guess if I still have pellets left by that time, I'll just keep on going until I run out.Swim suit in a week: (that's how I'd feel, anyway.) Use it to fuel you through this round! You'll do fine on the hhcg you have currently. The patches do sound tempting but I don't have disposable income anymore. Not At All.I was just going through my older food journals because I was curious the last time I was in the 160's. I got to 165 around the middle of February and have been regaining and bobbing around in the 70's and 80's ever since. I tried to find what was the likely cause but all I can see is that I was selling things like my hot tub and packing and getting ready to move. Might have been that, but I'm not convinced. No matter! It's time to move on and to take this to the next level. I am tired of saying, "Yes, I'm losing well right now, but it's all regain weight." That just devalues my hard work and effort and that's the vicious circle that has me caught up in this death spiral. I'm finished with this. I'm taking the "that's regain weight" out of the equation. ENOUGH playing mind games!! Oh BOY did I make use of my "half day" of loading. I stayed awake all night long and the loading went on through the night. I finally fell asleep around 0600 and woke after 1 pm. Now I resume the load and tomorrow I begin P2VLCD1 of my rogue plan that will last until at least my birthday, which is August 1st. I hope I have enough pellets to take me all the way there, if not a little farther. It's a beautiful day in CT today. Yesterday was lovely, too. That storm system that went through on Friday evening really did the trick as far as wiping the slate clean. That nasty, hot and humid spell was wiped off the books, leaving pleasant, perfect SUMMER behind it. I have to run to the store to buy more loading foods to get me through the rest of the day, since I ate so much more than I'd planned yesterday. I need to do the VLCD phase as diligently as I do the loading! But loading is clearly my favorite part of the weight loss plan. ![]() Have a wonderful day, no matter what phase you're in! BBL! ![]() |

Go ladies! I am wishing you all the greatest success with your renewed enthusiasm
I'm still JUDDDing, and still unsure how I feel about it -- but giving it a chance to work. I need to get a handle on the up days now -- I can weather the down days ok, because I am used to doing that -- but the up days are a bit puzzling as to how much is enough -- I think I am going to give a go at just eating to the prescribed numbers, and see how it goes -- the overall calorie number seems a little low to me while training, but if I start tanking, I'll rethink it. I'm really enjoying the workouts, so that rules out any lingering thoughts I might be having about wanting to run back to p2 -- but I am not yet convinced that JUDDD is the answer, either. I'm holding off on making any kind of decision just yet.

enjoying my P3 right now. weight settled back down to 150 (once bloating from tom was over) right before my first P3 day on Friday. As of this morning I have gained back .6... I guess I overdid it??? but I don't see how. I am tracking calories and only eating P3 (veggie style) and only exceeded my base BMR by 500 calories one day. sigh. but I guess that's P3? hopefully it settles back down.
just wanted to say GO, girls! for those of you preparing to start P2 again soon. I am going to be doing another round sometime mid July, if I don't have problems stabilizing. I really want to reach my goal and this is the best thing so far I have tried! So another round for me. So best of luck to you all. See ya in P2 land later....

Suzi --
Seriously, do not stress a fraction of a pound -- you'll drive yourself NUTS if you do that! P3 is weird -- you can literally gain from eating too little on it! It is also totally normal for weight to jump up and down two or three pounds day to day -- as long as you stay in your window, you didn't overdo anything, I promise. Remember that the best stabilizers are the ones who actually do eat on p3, and eat well, too! |
