P2 Simeon's Protocol Week of 4/29 =)

Here is our new thread for a new and successful week

My stats for week1 - VLCD looks very good: -10.2lbs
Will see what next week brings. Today I introduced a new item --about 1tbsp of the blue cheese walden familly dressing! I hope it will be ok! I vowed to make my menus very simple this round. It may be boring but as long as it works -I am all for it!

Just wanted to say that I am down my load weight and then some. My load weight was 3.2 lbs and I am down 4.4 lbs and today is VLCD #2. I will just be posting on Mondays publicly my losses because I am trying not to go crazy over the scale and comparing myself to others. I am a work in progress.

VLCD 15, down 0.2 pounds this morning. I'm fine with the small loss after the unexpected big one yesterday I also probably did not drink enough water yesterday as well. I have one more week of HCG, then on to P3. This short round is to get me back close to where I was last year, then this summer will do another round to hopefully get below 200 and stay there!!

I am down .4 today to my ldw from the last round, yesterday was vlcd 21 but I will go another couple of days if the scale keeps going down.

Congrats to all the LOSERS!

I'm down .4 this morning.

Today's plan:

b - coffee with snl and ff hnh
l - chicken breast
s - strawberry smoothie
d - chicken breast, fresh spinach, lemon juice
s - 1/2 grapefruit

Exercise will be a slow mile at 2.5 mph on the treadmill (about 20-25 mins) and then I will enjoy a little dry sauna time.

So I am going to try another round of HCG and today is my first VLCD. I've done several rounds before but the only one I was successful at was my first. I've been getting very frustrated with low carb and not getting any results. This worked before and I really think I'm in the right mindset to give it another shot.

Yesterday while loading I was having a hard time wanting to eat anything(nothing sounded or tasted good) so I made my husband take me out for Italian and that did the trick. Since I was only going to do one load day I knew I had to make it count, and I was up 7 lbs this morning.

My goal this round is 15 lbs but I really want to be down 20. We'll see how it goes and I'm only committing to 21 days. I have a little over 1/2 bottle of drops left and a whole bottle of pellets so I should have plenty to get me through.

I did well losing on my first P2 and had several failed attempts after that. I also gained back all but 10 pounds of my original loss.

It definitely takes commitment and sometimes we are just not ready. I'm committed to doing 2 rounds this year to get somewhere near my goal weight.

Good morning ladies. Yes .4 is the number for the day because that's exactly how much I was down today too. It's better than being +.4, right? I know for a fact that I didn't drink enough water yesterday so that's definitely what the problem was. I had the absolute worse weekend and seriously considered cheating, but I was so proud that I didn't. I lost a very close friend to me, she was like a 2nd Mom to me. My dad is in the hospital with pneumonia and on top of that the freaking storms that came through Missouri totalled all 3 of our vehicles. Let's hope that this week starts off better than last week ended for me.
I have a question for you ladies, I am on VLCD #14 and have probably enough drops to last through the rest of this week. I only planned on staying on for a short time this round. I really don't want to have to buy a whole new bottle of drops just for about 3-4 more days. What should I do? Will it really hurt me if I end this round sooner than the required minimum amount of days? I really only want to lose about another 5-6 lbs. and I should be able to do that this week, as long as I follow strict protocol.

Good morning Tiffany! You are doing an amazing job this round! Here is my 2cents input!

Option1: Since you have been losing great on this round, why don't you take a chance and maximize the loss ? netrition ships within 3 days thru UPS! You can always save the leftover for the next round.

Option2: If you feel confortable with your actual or projected weight with the drops you have now you can take a chance and stop when you finish the rest of the drops at hand. However, you will need to be more careful with P3 so you won't gain lbs back!

I saw some concerns about Foxnews report affecting the hcg sells negatively and some people are stocking in case the real thing is taken off of the market --I am planning on buying another bottle of the pallets (heard they are easily stored and I am having good results on them) very soon so that I have at least enough for another couple of rounds. Not sure if it's a rumor but, it is another thing to consider in deciding if you should buy more drops or hold on.

Can we use Sugar Free Metamucil?

I am still very happy .It was one week today I began and I have lost 7.5 lbs

Roberta, I tried the Metamucil and it didn't work for me. Shirley and Dawn suggested that I try Natural Calm Magnesium and it did wonders for me. It started working the very next day and it didn't make me feel uncomfortable or give me cramps.

Where do yo get it at? I am afraid there isn't anyplace where I live and I need it now.I've used Metamucil before it works for me and it comes n Sugar Free.

Was going like crazy all week but really never a good formed stool just icky stuff like the fat the HCG was burning up But now I feel like I need to go and nothing.

I bought mine at GNC, but I heard that you can buy it at some of the grocers. You may be able to find it at your local Pharmacy like Walgreens, CVS, etc.

I am so sorry you had such a rough weekend!

I'm concerned that HCG may not be available soon and plan to get another bottle of drops or pellets. But, if you are almost at goal, I don't think I would. But, what if you want to do it again?

I get hungry but usually only when I haven't eaten

Today is vlcd 21 and I'm down 17 so far (not counting load weight). I haven't decided if I'll continue past day 28 or not. I'm thinking I may continue until May 8th or 9th. That would be right on time to be P3 for Mothers Day Hopefully I can lose another 8 lbs by then and have 25lbs gone for the round.

I have a question for you ladies, I am on VLCD #14 and have probably enough drops to last through the rest of this week. I only planned on staying on for a short time this round. I really don't want to have to buy a whole new bottle of drops just for about 3-4 more days. What should I do? Will it really hurt me if I end this round sooner than the required minimum amount of days? I really only want to lose about another 5-6 lbs. and I should be able to do that this week, as long as I follow strict protocol.

What I suggest--conserve your drops!! Do not dose as much every day, or do a skip day once in a while. It is very freeing and remember that the homeopathic takes a full 48 hours to get out of your system, so it should be OK to skip. The Rx hcgers do skip days once a week! You can skip the first 2 doses of the day and end the day with including your 3rd dose. Or you can do your first and skip the other 2. Or skip one day all together, see how it goes and skip another one several days later. That should give you an extra day or so out of the drops you have left
