I LOVE the BBQ

nc--do you have a Publix nearby? I have found the mayo and caramel dip there. They have a whole bunch of Walden farms stuff there. I know that Publix is a SE grocery chain and not sure if they have any in NC.

Dawn, thanks, but I haven't seen a Publix close to my house. I remember when I lived in SC shopping at the Pig! Piggly Wiggly when I was little and Bi-Lo. We have Bi-Lo here, too, but Walmart and Harris Teeter are closer.

I bet the Harris Teeter would have it. I have seen some Walden Farms stuff at my Walmart too.

I bought mine at our Local HyVee Grocery Store. But you can order from Netrition they only charge 4.95 shipping.

The carmel dip isn't good by itself. But with apple slices I like it.

On day 2 of vlc and I lost a whopping 2 pounds yesterday putting me back at my pre-load weight of 182.4. I was shocked to see the scale today. I was worried about those 2 pounds I gained for loading and they are gone in one day! Awesome!

Down another 1.5 pounds! That makes 4.5 pounds in 3 VLCD!

This would have taken me two or three weeks to lose with any other diet, and I would have worked my butt off for it! This is awesome!

Food for today:
Breakfast: Decaf Coffee
Snack: 3 strawberries 1 Melba snack
Lunch: Chicken, apple, romaine, 1 Melba snack
Snack: 3 strawberries
Dinner: Cod and asparagus

Everyone is doing great!

Berta, I know I am late to the party, but I wanted to chime in on the day you had a gain after being so good and staying on plan. Every time I travel in a car for an extended period, I gain a little bit. I don't know why, but a lot of women have gains when travelling. I can take a trip an hour away, and it causes me to retain water. It's usually gone in a day or so though. Anyway, something to consider...

VLCD 21 - last injection this morning!! Down 0.6 this morning. I wanted to hit 217 this round, and I made it - 216.8 I'm sure I'll go down another pound or so while still on the VLCD, but I'm happy with my LDW.

Congrats to all of the losers today!! Hope you all have a great day today.

Need some help ladies...I am on a 3 day stall and this is really frustrating. I really don't want to do an apple day. Do you think the stall will just pass if i continue eating clean?

Morning ladies! It looks like everyone is continuing to lose - I'm so happy for you all! The scale showed a 3lb loss for me this morning from yesterday so I'm very thankful for that.

Before I started this whole process, I'd spent months reading about people's experiences on these boards with hcg and I was excited to experience the same types of losses but with all the problems I'd had over the years battling thyroid cancer and trying to lose weight I still had a little bit of doubt in my mind that this would work for me so I'm overjoyed to see that it's actually working for me.

Hope you all have a great day and continue to see downward movement on the scale!

I think we all have the same doubts in the beginning. Will it work for me? I see all these people with the losses, but surely for me...it won't work. Then you try it, see the losses and wonder "why did I wait for so long? I should have started sooner" We have all had our times like that so you are in good company. Wonderful start to your round

Unfortunately, I believe that that family will now need lots of counseling as she was a runaway. She willing did not come home that Thurs. Some issues there we don't know about, but have seen coming. But she is alive and home. Thanks Berta!!!

Morning guys! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Looks like everyone is having some nice losses--I see a few new decades and a few stalls broken. Congrats everyone!

I haven't been posting here because I've been loading and I didn't want to torture you guys. I'm about to get on the scale and see what my first day did to me... Ok, I am up about 2 pounds which could have been much worse! I ate sugar yesterday so I am sure that's why. A friend came over and held my hand while I mixed the subcu injections, bless her heart. I was terrified that I was going to do it wrong. The injection is the EASY part! Did my Bikram yoga yesterday and although I had a few lightheaded moment, I didn't lay down until the floor poses. That may be the last time in a while if I continue that on my round. My gf has been doing it and she is doing ok, so I will just see. Anyway, loading day two then on to some actual loss Tuesday am. Getting excited now!

Have a great Sunday, everyone!

It will definitely pass! In P&I Dr. S says that Apple Days are really only for psychological reasons since the weight will continue to come off given time. Sometimes, a person will feel that have to do an apple day for their state of mind. I have done one in the past. But if you wait it out, the losses will start again!!! Hang in there!!

So what are going to do when you aren't over weight? Are you still going to try to loose more? I sure wouldn't.
My first goal is 150 I am taking it ten lbs at a time. OH such a long way to go!
