Mother Nature was finally good to meI feel better too
I was wondering as I take a vitamin that has 9 of all the fruit & vegetable nutrients a person needs in a day. They cost me 50.00 a month so they best be workingBut I am not one to eat veggies normally so I bought these and feel good aobut taking them.

congrats on your loss, GO BERTA! I'd recommend that you stick with the program. We got where we got to because lived to eat, instead of eating to live. We have to retrain ourselves how to eat so we can succeed in phase 4, right?

I am not sure what you are talking about as I have been sticking with program. I was talking about my daily vitamins I take and have been taking way before HHCG.I have been eating vegtables I said I was not normally one to eat veggies. And I'm not.

What "rogue" means is when you eat off plan foods. Foods that are not included in the original food list by Dr Simeons. Foods like turkey, tunafish, broccoli, cauliflower. Those things. You don't want to do that What you want is to follow the original plan. It is what works best!

Thanks Berta. Not 100% yet. I have all this crud/gunk in my throat and I have the fear I will lose my voice at any time. And my head is still stuffy and full of fluid. Hoping it goes away soon. Thanks for asking though!

I am so thankful that I did well on my 2 days with no hhcg and 500 vlcd. HALLELUJAH! I'm now embarking on a different part of journey, so I'll be posting in a phase 3 thread but I'll hope to come back here and encourage everyone. YOU LADIES ARE DOING FABULOUS!!
Just looking at your losses Great job! I noticed that you got stuck at the 166 mark too. I stayed at 166ish for 2 days..I Finally got down to 163.4..messed up for 2 days..and have been stuck at the 166's for 3 days! Sigh! It wasent even worth it! I was alllllmost to the 150's. I havent seen that weight in years! So mad at myself for losing a week. Today I have been Very careful..hope tomorrow I see at least a 165.9.

Onderland is going to be a bit elusive for me. I had several days of 1 pound losses, then up 0.4 yesterday and up 0.4 again today. I am on plan, so I guess it is just my body's way of fighting onederland. I am at 202.4 today. Not, going to sweat it, just keeping on.

Why do our bodies do this to us?? You have a fabulous attitude and you are right! Hang in there and you will be in onederland soon.

VLCD 6 ugggggggggggg this is so slow going this is what discouraged me the last time I started this. Stayed the same, sitting at 149, now I ate really late and have already weighed. I ate broccoli which some protocols say we can eat it but it is not in Dr S's list so no more broccoli for me and I had steak, which I have never had beef on protocol before, I always stuck to chicken. I guess at least I did not gain. I'm also headed out to buy a new scale today..I think mine is a little wonky. I can step on it 7 times and get a different reading each time..so who really knows how accurate it has been. Any recommendations on brands of scales?

VLCD 16 for me, down 0.2 this morning. It's small, but it's a loss, so I'll take it. I have been on protocol, so like Dawn, I know that the losses are coming. I have 5 more days of injections, 2 more of VLCD, then it will be time for P3

I kind of wish I could go a few days longer, but we have a trip at the end of the month and I want to be very close to the end of P3 for it so that I don't mess up my losses. I planned to do a 21 day round to help keep me on plan with no temptations to cheat, and it has worked. My longer rounds have been hard, but I will probably do another one this summer just to get well below 200 when I do it.

Hi ladies! I have love .8 for the last two days. It was definitely a small losing week for me, so hoping for a better week this week.

You can skip the first 2 doses of the day and end the day with including your 3rd dose. Or you can do your first and skip the other 2. Or skip one day all together, see how it goes and skip another one several days later. That should give you an extra day or so out of the drops you have left
Thanks. That wasn't an option that I considered but it makes so much more sense. I really didn't want to buy another bottle because I'm hoping that this is my last round. I only want to be at 170-175 so another bottle would just be a standby in case I gain again.

You're always so helpful to us. You're definitely appreciated.

After my first VLCD, I'm down 5.8 lbs! I forgot how quick the results were with this protocol, now if I can just stick with it. I wasn't hungry yesterday but today it's only 7:30 am and my stomach is already growling. Day 2 has always been my worst day and tonight I have a potluck to go to. I'm bringing a fruit tray and veggie tray so hopefully I have no problem staying on plan.

Good morning ladies. I'm down 1.2 this morning , I'm so close to another decade. So far I've only had 1 day of STS and that's great compared to my last round.

Today will be another trying day for me because I will be going to another Cardinals baseball game. I'm making a lettuce wrapped chicken taco to eat while I'm there to try to help with the temptations.

I hope that the scale is pleasing for everyone today.

I'm very, very determined to maintain this loss. I'm sick of the yo-yoing! Definitely KIT and share tips!

VLCD11 and I STS. Boo.

Today's plan:

b-coffee with snl and ff hnh
l-chicken, forgot my veggies
s-strawberry smoothie
d-curry tilapia and spinach, 1/2 grapefruit

Will probably go for a walk in the neighborhood tonight while I listen to (as my daughter calls it) my Jesus music.

Be blessed!

Hang in there it will come off. I was up .4 yesterday and down 2lbs today. You have came to far to give up now. But I know how you feel when those scales don't co-operate it is discouraging.KUTGW

It will come off.You do not have alot to take off so it usually is slower than for someone such as myself that has alot to loose!
Don't get discouraged just take note of what you(we) do wrong and go back to strict protocol and it will come off!

Do your scales have batteries? It could be that if they do:dunnoThen again the later the day the more you weigh.Hang in there my HHCG buddy and we will make it!

My girl is a hoot! She will be 16 on the 20th... NOOOOOO!

She is my mini me and the other day I told her she was making an ugly face (teen attitude much?) Her response? "It's your face too."
I have a dd15 too. You never know what they will get in to next!
