The ZOODLER....

I finally found this little gadjet....it is actually called a julienne peeler. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO BUY ONE OF THESE !!!!

For the last 2 days I have had zoodles for either lunch or dinner.

TODAY ...was the best so far .
3.5 oz of zuchinni zoodles
3.5 oz of grilled chicken
3.5 oz diced tomatoes (I wasn't in the mood for fruit)
buff sauce
melba

I put the zoodles in the micro for less than a minute.
Layed the chicken on top
Layed the tomatoes on top
Drizzled the buff sauce on top

My new favorite !!!!

I am on P2.

The "buff sauce" is shorthand at work (sorry about that) for Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce.
What I use at the bar is 0 carb.....love it.

sounds awesome! I use a spiralizer and LOVE it. It's one of my favorite kitchen tools and I love the angelhair zucchini noodles it produces!

Your recipes sounds divine.

What brand did you get? I looked around and didn't find one called "Zoodler" and the julienne peelers had such varied ratings and feedback, I couldn't decide.

I have the saladacco. I've had it for 6 years or so and it still works wonderfully. I did snap the handle at one point and they sent a replacement part free of charge.

Mine is just a hand held Y shaped peeler. The "saw toothed" blade runs across the top of the Y. Under $10 at Shopko
