Hi Adeline! There are no "correction days" on P2, just get back on the wagon and you will be fine!! Don't be surprised if it comes right back off again!

I am down zero today, which I am actually okay with since I did take part in the Staff Appreciation day breakfast. I didn't overdue and I only ate an apple for the rest of the day, since I wasn't hungry.

HOLY COW!!! I just looked at your stats....you've lost over 130 pounds....you ROCK!!!

Not that I'm an expert, but I don't think I'd do a CD just yet. I am trying with all my might to stay on protocol this round but it can be tough. When I don't use the lemon in my salad as dressing, I will add it to my smoothie.

Thanks sunflower! Do you think eating an egg for dinner messed me up? I'm going stay straight today and see what happens. I just don't want to keep gaining my lowest hcg weight was 155 last summer, I wanna get back there and get back into my summer clothes.

I tend to be an all or nothing person, which can be good for HCG, but I need to be resilient and get back on the wagon right away instead of going to the extreme "nothing" of being off HCG altogether.

Sunflower,

I love putting it in my Ninja and getting a slushy kind of thing out of it! BTW my weight loss has been a 3 year process and I only did 198 and downward on HCG. I was able to stabelize and maintain my first round or two but after that I went koo koo after I'd get off the hcg. I was using a different brand at first, don't know if that's why or not.

I bet it's water retention and it'll be gone tomorrow. Either way, get that water in

Berta- the cream is an Rx from my DR. I take the prescription to a compounding pharmacy. It comes in a little plastic container where the dose is preset. I just twist it once and out it comes, then I rub it on my forewarn and rub my arms together. Supposed to do this 3x a day, but I think that might be a bit too high of a dose for me as I'm experiencing way more hunger than last round. I'm cutting back to twice a day to see how it goes.

Down 2.7 lbs today, which is unbelievable to me on day 17

Reached 40lbs lost so far in both rounds.

Congrats to all whose lost!!

I use FF half n half in my coffee (and Splenda). This round I have used it often in more that 1 cup and haven't measured it. Doesn't seem to be effecting losses. I have not used Melba or Grissini this round, or the last 10 days of my 1st round. I'm just not crazy about melba, can't find the grissini.

Todays Menu:

Coffee with FF H&H
Tea with Propel Zero drink stick
Water
Lunch:
Chicken Tacos (100g chicken tenderloin with spices, cilantro, squeeze of lemon, wrapped in romaine lettuce)
Snack:
Apples
Dinner:

THEN I weighed this a.m. and lost 2lbs Now I like that but that isn't how it's supposed to work is it

We are going out tonight to eat so guess this will be MY "Last Supper" per say

I am ready get this thing going!!

Hi Fultymom,

Wow I'm still trying to find a doc that will write me a script. So you mean if you have too high of dose it can cause hunger? Wow, I thought only if I had too low of one. I was gonna order from a foreign place with no script but I'm afraid of what the quality might be.

well Sun, let's be a mutual admiration society and speak life over one another daily! So no more cooking spray for me, and no green beans until phase 3, right? I know some programs allow other types of veggies on p2 but so far I'm on strict simeon protocol. I THINK YOU'RE GORGEOUS, girl friend!

so far so good on VLCD 1 today I had coffee with a touch of skim milk
lunch was apple, bread stick, chicken with hot sauce and cucumbers marinated in braggs cider vinegar.
for dinner I am having spring mix greens with shrimp and strawberries and my breadstick. Not hungry, getting in all my water and drinking dieters peach tea. can't wait to see the scale tomorrow.

Back to 2.2 over LDW from last round... and happy to be dropping!

Work is kicking my butt, so back to the grind...

Actually I have no clue I had been eating low fat and useing Spark People Diabetic eating plan and had lost 6 lbs this month.But I want it off faster and I was eating to many carbs and sweets.SO I began this plan. My DD lost 70 lbs in less than a year.SO I know it works.

I feel queasy now like I could get sick? I guess my body is just rejecting all this fat?But thank God today is the last day! I haven't eaten any vegetables for two days.But that isn't so unusal for me

I really do feel bad I am still wondering how I lost 2lbs instead of gaining?
I guess I will see in the morning how it goes?

I was wondering to myself if because I have had a complete hysterectomy and taking hormones if the HHCG being a hormone might be the problem? Ya think?

We have a meeting tonight (bible study) at 6:30 and it is 15 till six so I need to get ready.So I will answer your reply before I go to bed tonight.

Another question!

I picked up some 1000mg Biotin. It says 1 to 5 per day. How many should I take?

Sorry I'm no help to you and I have no idea where everyone is.Usually I can't keep up with all the posts. But seems today It is really slow? Guess everyone is busy or working or something.

I am still feeling so sick.I stayed home from our weekly Buible study group tonight my tummy is so sick.I think I will get sick againDidn't think I could sit through an hour feeling like this.

I will be so happy to start my VLCD tomorrow.It is my 1st Day of RND 1 PH2 I don't care if I never see another ounce of fat!

I have no clue about hormones..I know when I tried HCG the first time..I felt really sick the first few days of VLCD almost passed out but I think that is from the sugar withdrawal..so far I feel fine, I'm not sure what to think, hopefully tomorrow you will clean out all the junk and feel better. Maybe you have the flu?
