The reason for switching out toothpaste is the mint in it. Not the oils they use. I use a cinnamon one. I think Crest makes it, but could be Colgate. Anyhow, it is cheap. I don't have hair loss (thank God!!!) and I have been doing the hcg with the low calories for a long while. I cannot say how to take it, but those with hair issues take biotin.

I just took another dose of HCG. I also ate 1/2 of an avacado awhile ago. That is fat but a healthy one. I will by a can of cashews & eat them throughout the day. I have some slim jims for my snacking tonight watching TV. Don't know what is on for supper yet? I didn't see anything on the Sensodyne toothpaste that says mint? |

2nd loading day for me and I can see why this is done, I feel so sick now from all the food I don't even want to eat tomorrow blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, was up 1.1 after my first loading day and I'm thinking I really went all out today after reading how important it is to load. I pretty much ate a whole container of guacamole and sour cream with tortillas, fettucini alfredo, fish and chips, wings ice cream and its only 5pm hahahaha I really dont think I can stuff any more in..please tell me this is enough LOL

I am down 1.5 pounds today.
I went a little off yesterday, I just could not stand the thought of eating dinner. So I ended up having some 100 calorie popcorn for dinner. I didn't have my melba so I figured this might be ok. |

VLCD 10, down 1.6 pounds this morning. I was expecting little to no loss this morning because I worked in the yard for a couple of hours yesterday evening. So happy to see another big loss
Berta, I hope that your loading goes better today. Remember that the goal is not to stuff yourself until you are sick - you need to eat a lot of fats, hopefully healthy fats, like avocado, coconut oil, etc. Of course, I usually get in some things I don't normally eat like ice cream.... Please don't eat until you make yourself sick today.

WTG Dawn#2 and Drew, and all the other losers out there! Woot! Woot!
So close to a new decade….I’m just creeping along. 170.5 which is another half a pound down. Chicken thighs and bacon in 7 days! I’ve decided on chicken thighs for my transition day instead of steak. My doctor makes the 3rd day after Rx hCG a transition day and not a VLCD. I love chicken thighs, especially the way Shelby makes it! Have a great day ladies! |

As for me, I'm down .5 this morning. I was soooo close to going to dinner with DH for our anniversary but I resisted, boy was that hard because my favorite steak at Applebee's was calling my name . I'm greatful that TOM hasn't caused a stall yet because I was surely expecting it to.Dawn, I hope you're feeling better today.

Do NOT drink a lot of water on load days. You will NEVER get in all your food if you do that!! I didn't realize you were doing that as well. Save the water for P2. You will get sick of it on the very low calorie days (VLCDs), that you don't need them now.

Nope, no better today. Woke up with stabbing pain in my ear. Not good!! So no work for me and a call into the doctor to ask why these antibiotics are not working.
But I still saw a drop of 1.4 on the scale!!!! I am so glad I am going down every day. Just loving the first week's loss because I know as I continue I won't see these big drops every day. Have a great day everyone!!! |

Good morning ladies!
VLCD 2, down 2.2 pounds this morning --that makes it a total of 5.2 lbs loss in two days. Let's hope it keeps going down that way as I gained too many lbs during my load days. Keep up the great work ladies ![]() |

Dawnyama - sorry sweetie...whispering prayers! Happy on the WL though!
WTG HHCG and Tiffany! Shelby's Chicken Thigh Recipe: What P3 recipes have you relied on the most? Transition Day: eggs for breakfast, steak and hunk of cheese for lunch and dinner. I'm subbing the chicken thigh for the steak. It's Day 3 after your last hCG injection. It's way better than a 3rd day of VLC eating! woot! woot! |

Good luck loading again today Berta. I would definitely say don't stuff yourself, that is not the goal, and could make you very sick. I made guacamole during load. I had at least a whole avacado each day, that along with hamburgers and fattier meats was plenty for me.
Jeanette, you are so close to the 160's, way to go. I hope you see them tomorrow. You'll be in P3 before you know it. Dawnyama, sorry you are still sick. It doesn't sound like your antibiotics are working for you. I hope your Dr. can get you something better. Good job sticking with P2 even though you are sick. Feel better soon. I am down a pound today, which is great, I didn't think I would be seeing another full pound loss on the scale. So, VLCD14 -1.0 total of 10.8 so far. I am also happy to report that my hunger level is very low. I was questioning it last week with TOM, and now I know that it gets better. Definitely good info for the future. Hope everyone has a great day!

Congrats to all the LOSERS!
Berta, good luck loading today! Dawn, hope you feel better VERY soon! Updating yesterday's, I had a strawberry smoothie before the gym, did 20 mins on tm and 15 mins in the dry sauna. I got upset about something last night and never managed to eat dinner. ![]() Down 2.2 today (can I please do that every day?!) on VLCD5. Woke up hungry this morning! Today's plan: b - strawberry smoothie, coffee with SnL and hnh l - fresh spinach with chicken breast & lemon juice d - chicken chili s - if needed, strawberry smoothie Not sure if I'll make it to the gym. The dogs have fleas so we need to treat them, along with our couches. Grrrr....Happy Wednesday, be blessed! |

Hi Ladies,
Today I'm kinda upset cause I up a lb. I did get my plumbing unstuck which feels good after my salt water flush disaster yesterday. I'm probably retaining fluid. I did change up what I ate yesterday as I felt very weak from throwing up in the morning right before leaving for work. I had about .2 oz extra protein, a few sprays of "I can't Believe it's not butter" on my 1 cup of green beans with my store bought grilled chicken breast (not cooked at home) for lunch, I had an 2 egg white + 1 whole eggs and onion omelet made on a non stick pan with a bit of cooking spray on it and a tomatoe for dinner, my eve snack was handful frozen strawberries, juice of a whole lemon and stevia made into a slushy, but I'm up a pound. I know that the green beans are not part of the simeon protocol, DO I NEED TO DO A CORRECTION DAY, or will this come off ladies? I'm 167.2 today boo hoo :-( |
