But I am going to do the SHORT FORM I read on HCG here and stick to that until I get to PH3 then I will definiteley have a bunch more questions!

I am going to use the Splenda and Waldens but that is where I stop on PH2 if I don't feel I am losing fast enough I will drop them both!

Thanks have a great VLCD
What kind of HCG did you use?
I use hhcg.

I heated up about 1-2 mins at first and then maybe another 1-2 minutes til it was nice a soft and I could smell the cinnamon and apple scent. It got a little juicy not tons and I just savored my phase 2 mock apple pie with no crust or apple crisp. It was such a nice treat and change from my every day apple. YUM!

Yes, let's give each other great recipe ideas and tips. I did ph 2 chili the other day and it helped me get thru. It was better the next day when I had it for lunch.
Thanks for the apple recipe, I think I'll try it this evening for a snack after dinner. I tried a P2 chili one time and was not impressed one bit. I would be interested in seeing yours to see if I like it, please.

I eat the P2 chili everyday for lunch I really enjoy it, this is how I make mine:

Ground beef (depending on how many meals I am making)
1/2 tin of fire roasted tomatoes per serving
garlic salt
onion salt
cayenne pepper
chili powder
fresh or forzen garlic

I mix the hamburger and spices together, brown it and soak up the excess fat with a paper towel, add the tomatoes and some water let it simmer for about an hour.

Another question.

Has anyone successfully used fat free half and half in their coffee? That's the only thing I really, really want that is off protocol.

I'd be interesed in seeing the answers to this too. I miss having hwc and/or half and half in my coffee. Milk just isn't the same for me.

OKAY LADIES
IT's HERE IT'S HERE

Tomorrow is the BIG day weigh in take HCG and eat!
The pellets say3pellets under the tounge 3x a day.

The drops instructions reads 10 drops under tounge 3 x a day wait 15 min? I have read every where else to wait 20 min which is it?QUESTION
I know we are to drink at least a 1/2 gallon a day.Does that include the tea or is that just the water?
I am happy I can swim because I may just drown

Also where can I find a BMI calculator that I can use to find my calories wehn I am ready for it? And how do you do it by adding your activity level?Does it come with all the info?

I'd like to follow along with you guys, this is my 2nd time attempting a round of HCG and the first time did not go so well. I loaded today and will again tomorrow, then VLCD 1 on Wednesday, lets hope I can focus this time, you are all so inspiring and a true testament that this works.

Sun, you're cracking me up!! I've had a hard time staying on program tonight. I actually ate 1 extra melba (it was the last one in the package). These aren't the regular size, but the chips, but still YIKES-A-RAMA.

How much coffee is too much? I've had like 6 cups today, and that's 8 oz cups.
OOPS!

Welcome Kim! WOOT! WOOT! Try to plan. I've said it a million times, but it's true. Pack an emergency kit (apple, grissini, stevia, drink mix, instant coffee pack). You might get stuck in traffic or something, and you will need it!

I have my meals for tomorrow already ready today...

Hang in there!

Berta

On your load days don't worry about calories. Just eat what you want. When you are on P2, which you will be after 2 load days, you eat 500 calories. No where does it say anything about 2000 calories or your activity level. Let us do one stage at a time Begin loading and worry about the P2's 500 calories first!!! Patience, it will all make sense when you are in it.

I count water as water and my tea and coffee as extra. Not sure what the deal is with that though. Never got a straight answer when it was asked before. I feel, better to be safe than sorry.

As for the wait times, I always add more than they state. Just covering my bases is all. But I won't fall apart if I take a sip of water at 15 mins after dosing.

I couldn't stand fat free, so I stuck with regular hnh in my coffee it worked for me Still lost real fine. Dr S never really says to use fat free milk. We have to infer that that is what he meant. I loosely translate it to use what we already have since we are only allowed a TBL per day.

Stayed on plan vlcd3. I am choosing not to stop working out but taking it easy. Did a 25 minute mile on the treadmill followed by a 20 minute dry sauna. Heavenly!

Good morning ladies!
1st day vlcd left me with -3lbs and I'm happy to be back on the losing side. I gained a lot during loading so I'm hoping to shade those lbs as fast as they piled up have a wonderful day ladies and keep losing

I love it That is the way to go on this plan--be prepared. I am sick so I am just grabbing and eating. I don't want to stand around and cook right now. I am not eating everything I should be eating, but I AM getting in my 7 oz protein every day. I hope to feel better soon so I can actually cook or at least feel like I can stand long enough to stand and cook.

Well, I know it's not protocol, but I use fat free coffee mate in my coffee in P2. Granted, I measure it and it's not nearly as much as I would like, but I'm on my 4th round and it's never bothered me.

Thank you for asking. I can talk, so that is a plus! But my coughing is hurting my chest something terrible. I am very tired too. This is just draining--being sick and on P2. I don't recommend anyone do it

Today is VLCD13 for me and I am down 0.6 for a total of 9.8. Yesterday was a great day, no hunger. I think TOM definitely had an impact on my hunger level. I am glad I made it through that, and hope that the rest of P2 goes like yesterday as far as hunger is concerned.
I am almost back to onederland 206.6 this AM. I am looking forward to that. I am hoping that by the end of this round I will be below 195, so that I can really hold below 200. I got down to 188 last year(5/27/11), then things went crazy for me (health issues). Still can't believe how much weight I gained back. I hope I am smarter this time around.
