P2 Rogue

So i am doing my 2nd round of P2 and have gone a little rogue this round. And to be completely honest, i have done better on weight loss AND its been SO much easier this round. I have added just a little extra FATS... olive oil, coconut oil, half n half, butter, black olives, and avocado.
So my question is to the Rogue people... what else did you add in P2 and continue to lose weight?

Also, i am keeping my calories around 800 (no more than).

Also, i am doing the intermountain pellets this round, and curious how you end P2. With drops, i would take all 30drops in the morning of the last day. What about pellets?? I should probably ask this in the pellet forum...

I started to lose round 2 going rogue then I got stuck...then had to do a FF for three days just to lose 3 more pounds because I literally did not see the scale move for 3 weeks!
I was using HWC and some coconut oil, and mixing veggies.

Needless to say I know some people are doing great on rogue, but I am curious to see who has gone rogue on a round and lost a lot...what I found is when I was rogue we were all struggling and bouncing up and down like a basketball, up/down/up/down...

With that being said I am going strictly protocol this round and my losses are fantastic and steady. But what I will say though is if towards the end I get stuck I will not hesitate to do a FF...that really worked for me and then I went back to strict p2 for 3 days and slid into P3...and the loss stuck.

I was eating between 600-700 cals a day...except on the FF days where I went to 1000

I did start off this round doing strict P2 for the first week, then i slowly added the fats.
I am almost to goal now (i wanted to drop about 9lbs). I am about .5lb from goal! I have a week left (short 21 day round) so if i make goal this week, i will increase my protein and fats.

I forgot to add that i also eat 1 hard boiled egg w/ a tiny mayo every morning. And i mix my veggies too.

3 weeks?! That would be so frustrating!! Sounds like you are doing awesome tho! Way to go :-)
