Yesterday went pretty good for Lunch I had lean hamburger with tomatoes which I didnt eat till I got hungry around 2. All morning I focused on getting in my liquids. I made myself some choclate delight and lemon truffles. Dinner I had white fish ...My total for the day was over 800 calories which is what thr Dr said I need to be at. This morning my ketones were at trace.

Thank you yes I bought WLA book for my mom who is on round 2 and I also got it on my kindle so I have been able to refer back to it along with POUNDS & INCHES. I have been so tempted to weigh almost did last night but I thought you know it really doesn't matter what my weight is and I don't want it to mess with my head if it's not what I expect. I'm hoping I can wait it out till my LIW.

I am really loving having strawberries for my "breakfast" and I really wanna try the miracle noodles! Has anyone found a great way to use them in P2? What sauce? I was thinking like plain organic tomatoe sauce with seasonings and stevia. Or maybe just make it into a chicken soup? Any ideas:dunno:

I love the miracle noodles! I made them for my husband and I and they were just like noodles! Yum yum I also am loving my strawberry smoothies with just strawberries frozen and I add cinnamon and flavored stevia drops today I added lemon so yummy and thick mixed up in my bullet. TOM is here and my milk always drops a little this time of the month, so Im taking more Fenugreek and nursing on the hour. If it doesn't help I might need to eat some oatmeal tomorrow.

hey there. the evidence shows that fasting should not impact milk, but I'd be more concerned about mobilizing toxins. Just watch your babe for fussiness or discomfort and good luck!

I got off track from the protocol last week just so much going on and I havnt been able to focus on meal planning so I am starting over. I got my package of miracle noodles in the mail and they come in much smaller packages than what I recently found here locally. But I really like them as like a stir-fry noodle Yum!
