I need LOTS of Help Have LOTS of Questions PLEASE HELP.
 
I have been reading and reading and reading about HCG and Dr Simeons Diet.I know it works as my daughter has lost 70 lbs on it.:up:


I have diabetes2 and am on several medications.I know I can keep taking them except perhaps the Mega3.Dr has me on that it is Krill oil(fish).He won't give me RX for HCG so I will have to get either the patches or hemopathic drops. Can you take a no carb protein powder to help keep you from being hungry?


But I have asked her so many questions she won't even talk to me about it anymore.:cry::laugh:

OK Here goes nothing....:p

I want you to see if I have have this right OK?

1. For two days you take the HCG and gourge on HIGH fat food.

Weigh every morning

2.3rd day you take Hcg and start the 500 cal diet.
Lunch...3 oz cooked chicken or beef 93/7 or lean steak(sirloin),Tilipia fish baked, shrimp grilled. (there are others but these will be what I eat)One vegetable and 1 fruit.

Supper... same as lunch except change to have variety.

NOW here are most of my questions.

I know there is no way I can loose over 100 pounds in that short of time soo what do I do? Do I continue the HCG and 500 cal diet until I reach goal or what?

I may have more questions later but these are all I can think of at the moment. there have been several WONDERFUL ladies on some of the HCG thread that have been so kind as to help me but I don't won't to keep bothering them with my silly questions.I am just wanting to make sure I know and understand what I am doing before I start:laugh:

Also I saw where you can buy HCG Patches you wear them for three days then change them. They do have the X and numbers so I feel they are legitimate.As you know I can't say where but I did a web search and found them.If you have any info about them please let me know.

Hi, I can answer a couple of questions for you. I take the homeopathic drops so I don't know much about the patches. If you start, on the first two load days that you gorge you need to be taking the hcg. It needs to get in your system so on the third day that starts your 500 calories it will be using your abnormal fat to give your body the energy it needs to surv

Sorry.... Trying to type on phone and hit wrong button. Most people do a 23 day round or a 43 day round of 500 calorie days (ex. 2 load days + 21 500 calorie days). You stop taking drops on the 24th day and continue 500 calories for the next 72 hours (3) days if taking RX prescribed or injection hcg or 48 hours (2 days) if on homeopathic hcg.

This is my first round and I am no expert but I have heard that with homeopathic hcg that your body doesn't get immune to the hcg, therefor I am actually extending my round longer than the 43 days. I chose this because I am so close to my goal I didn't want to do a second round with only 5-7 lbs more to lose.

If you say you have 100 lbs to lose I would definitely do multiple rounds. Reason #1 you lose weight real quick the first couple of weeks and then you will slow down. Most people will have a couple of stalls within a long 43 day round.
#2 you need to give your body a break. Trust me you will get tired of eating the same foods over and over again. I know I have. LOL!
#3. If you do a round (23/43 day) then move to phase 3 to stabilize for 3 weeks you can go right back into phase 2, which means 2 load days plus (21/41 days) of 500 calorie days. You will again drop your weight quickly in the first couple of weeks etc....
#4. If you break it into multiple rounds this helps with life's little interferences. You never know when you will have unexpected company, a vacation, a wedding, or birthday party comes up and you really need to stick to protocol. This will allow you to at least be in Phase 3 where you are not having to stick with a limited food choice of 500 calories.

I hope I was able to answer this correctly and help you out. If I got something wrong maybe someone could correct me.

I told you.....no silly questions here! We are all new to this at one point or another LOL. You do rounds of hcg. See my avi next to this post? I am on round 10, or it should be 11 or 12 by now LOL. Anyhow, Dr Simeon's says to lose a maximum of 34 lbs per round. Then you finish up and do 3 weeks of P3 and 3 weeks of P4 and start P2 all over again. It is what everyone here should be doing!!! That would be either the 23 days or 40 or so days to a round.

I have only done the homeopathic drops so cannot answer the questions about the patches.

I believe that Turk did a very good job explaining!!! Well done!! Just make sure you do 3 weeks of P4 in between your rounds, not just 3 weeks of P3. THAT is the KEY to keeping off the pounds. Trust me---the reason I don't keep off my weight is I don't do a proper P4. Doing a proper 3 weeks of P4 is the KEY to a long term maintenance with P&I.

I do everything Ph2 , 3 &4 then start all over again until I have reached my goal.Is that correct?

That sounds more reasonable I was thinking everyone was saying after the first 4 rounds you were done.And then I would read where someone had posted ph2 again.I was, and still sorta am really confused:stars:

Also can we use ICBINB Spray It has no fat no calories and no carbs? I sure hope so as I can have my cabbage and eat it too if we can:laugh:

Yes, you will want to start out weighing daily as it will keep you motivated. If you chose to do a long round or do several rounds you may reach a point where weighing 1 time a week is easier. As you go through this journey you will have times you lose a LOT, a very little, gain a bit, or stall... depending on how you handle these things emotionally will be the gauge as to how often you chose to weigh. This round I'm only weighing 1 X a week because I'm close to goal and do NOT want to see the stalls, the yo yo losses/gains along the way.

2.3rd day you take Hcg and start the 500 cal diet.

You want to measure your meat raw.. raw it needs to weigh 3.5 ounces or 100 grams. You may eat your veggie, fruit, & starch at meal time or you may spread your allotted foods out throughout the day. For example:

Breakfast: fruit, melba and coffee
Lunch: protein & veggie
Snack: fruit
Dinner: protein, veggie & melba.

You cannot have any 2 foods from the same category at one time.. meaning do not eat an apple and an orange for breakfast. You can have an apple... then 2-3 hours later your orange, but not at the same time.


NOW here are most of my questions.

There are people that have done very long rounds of hcg/VLCD. I personally have done a couple longer rounds. Long rounds can be REALLY hard on your body because during the VLCD you are on the verge of protein deficiency.. plus the nutrients are limited. I think you will know when you need to transition to phase 3 and take a break from the VLCD to re-nourish and re-build your body before doing another VLCD/hcg round.

If you follow the protocol strictly you will only do 21-40 days of the VLCD/hcg then transition to 3 weeks of phase 3 and 3 weeks of phase 4. This is the optimal way of doing it the first time. Then if you wish to you can do a very long VLCD/hcg round... or do 21-40 days VLCD/hcg and 3 weeks of phase 3 then right back into VLCD/hcg.. this is called cycling and works for some. We KNOW that doing is Dr. Simeons way works.. doing extra long rounds, or cycling works for some and doesn't work as well for others you have to decide what the correct path is for you.

I looked up the patches again and I am so glad I did;).They said they are to be used with the HCG program so they do NOT actually have HCG in them so I am VERY happy I did my home work:clap:

I am odering the HHCG from Netrition as soon as I leave this post.I am excited yet VERY nervous!

When looking for a homeopathic hcg (hhcg) make sure it has HCG 6X, 12X 30X 60X or something like that, the numbers do not have to be exactly like this... but make sure hcg with dilution symbols is listed. If it does NOT have this listed in the ingredients then it has no hcg vibrations/dilutions in it. :up:

I ordered the Pellets and drops as I will be doing this for awhile. But I am excited. Should have them in 3days!:jumpjoy:

I have not read the label on ICBINButter but my first inclination would be no. Use real spices that have no added starch or sugar. Does that have starch/sugar/fat in it?

Chicken broth is ok but you need to try to once again find one that does not have added starch, sugar or fat. You'll need to read both the ingredient list AND the nutritional panel or make your own out of the chicken breasts you'll be eating.

I'm also not familiar with the protein no carb drink... does it have sugar, starch, fat? How many calories is in it? Remember you need to keep within the 500 calories.. chose real foods to fill in those calories. Personally.. I would not use it.

Dr. Simeons says we can use 0 calorie/sugar free foods on occasion... but many folks really struggle with cravings when they eat foods that contain aspartame/splenda... so you'd just have to see how your body responds should you chose to try them.

The ICBINB Spray is Zero fat, zero carb & zero calories, zero sugar.

I think you'll have to decide about the ICBINB for yourself. Hcg is a detoxifying and cleansing diet which promotes a lot of healing... because of that I personally stay away from artificial foods.. that is my choice.. you may find that things like that do not bother you.

My journey has brought me to the point of only eating foods that are whole, real, un adulterated... if it's ingredient panel is a list of chemicals, additives, coloring and flavorings.. it doesn't go in my shopping cart let alone my mouth. Each of us decide what our goals are for health and nutrition and decide what foods fit with those goals.

So... that is my way of saying.. I wouldn't chose to use it.. but it might not hurt your success on the protocol if you chose to use it. :)
