HELP!
Question.
I was planning to do a 40-43 days of Round 1. I will be into VLC 35 and then I have to do a planned interruption for 4 days. I will not be able to eat VLC. Shall I stop the drops for 72hrs, do the interruption and continue the drops after I come back for 5 more days. Or should I just stop at VLC 35, do the 72 hrs with no drops and start the Phase 3. I have lost 20lbs in 27 days. The last 10 days has been very slow. I would like to loose 25lb's and was hoping if i do the hcg 40-43 days then i would be able to loose the 5lbs. Please advise. Thanks. ![]() ![]() |

I wish I could help you, but I have no experience with interruptions.
I do feel however, that the course of wisdom is always Big Picture Thinking. And to play it safe. If I had to vote, I would vote that you move to Phase 3 and go back later to do another round. |

I would also suggest going into P3 and doing another round later. You will be so close to the end of your round when you do your "interruption" that it may be pointless to try to jump back into P2 for just a couple of days.
That's said, could you do low carb during your interruption? I have done "interruptions" in the past and while I recovered from them, it took a week or more to get back where I was. Hope that helps!! ![]() |

you should move to P3...BUT...you need to stop the drops and do 2 days of VLC before you move to P3. So, if I'm reading your post right, you need to stop dosing on VLCD 33, eat VLC with no HCG on VLCDs34 and 35 and then start P3.

Erring on the high side is far better than stopping early and getting a big weight bounce because the hCG or hhCG is still in your system. 72 hour transition and into P3 will work great for you, no concerns
