2.2 over LDW again today despite eating very clean protein yesterday. My only explanation is that I didn't eat enough calories.

Steak day today. lol Up 1.6 and now 5 over. Steaks are ready to be grilled tomatoes ready to be eaten. Took my mom to Sunday brunch and ate everything I could for one hour. My stomach hurt so badly. After I slept for 2 hours. Drank water the rest of the day no dinner or snacks. Wasn't even worth it, the food wasn't that good. Next time I will make a feast at home, but my mom didnt want to cook.

Dont cry luv, you will be down tomorrow. =) This just what the body does, sometimes its not your fault. In my case it is my fault, lol.

Good morning ladies. I know that I've been MIA for the last week and I'm so sorry and I've missed you guys. Work has been keeping me pretty busy lately. Anyway, I did load this past weekend and it was terrible. I ate so much on Saturday that I thought I was going to die from a stomach ache Saturday night. Sunday I still loaded but not as much as I did on Saturday, I just didn't feel like dealing with the uncomfortable feeling that I dealt with on Saturday. Well, here's the dreaded Monday morning and back to the VLCD and I'm up 6 lbs from loading. Hopefully it doesn't take me too long to lose my load weight.

Theresa, I'll be seeing you on the P2 board later this week. Enjoy loading, girl!!!

Julie, I'm so sorry to hear about your family's loss. I'll keep your family in my prayers.

I'm sorry that I don't have time to catch up on all of the personals that I've missed for the last week. I guess I'll be on the P2 board for the next 21 days. I'll miss you guys but will be back very soon.

Don't cry!!!! That will dehydrate you! Just drink tons of water, ditch some salt (watch foods that have high sodium maybe naturally?) and eat supper clean!

Don't you hate that when you know you can make better at home and you eat it anyway?

Hey there! I was wondering where you went! I'm gonna stay on here too! I couldn't stand it if i missed someone! Everyone means so much to me here!
I am sure you will lose that load weight in a day or two! It always seems to come off fast on the hcg!

I have a co worker who is thinking of starting this with me! She came up to me today and said you are about to lose your pants! I said GREAT!

I did a semi load last night, pizza, high fat, and easter candy! today I hit it running hard! DD bismarks, heavy butter mocha, super fatty cheesy meaty chorizo lunch and girl scout cookies (finally) ugh....and i only gained 1.2 yesterday! lol...go figure! If i had been trying to lose or maintain it would have been +5!

Does anyone know where to print out the portion size for the veggies we need on p2? I sorta remember most...but want to make sure i do it 100% I only have 2 months till i hit Texas! I need to be SMOKIN' by then!

I'm down -.4 today. Right at -.2 from ldw. Not really sure why my body took the sudden jump, other than being sick the last few days. I know I shouldn't complain but I liked the 118-119 window. Hope I get back there soon, would like that wiggle room to add in some P4 things. This is P3D29 and I'm not sure if the added P3 time will help with adding these things in or make me more sensitive to carbs???

Good morning ladies!
A few more days and I move to P2 again. I started lurking/posting to the P2 board where many of our ladies friends are now going to be enjoying posting loses but I am still here for another 4 days --Starting P2 Friday.

Week-end was not as bad -between Saturday and today, I am up 0.6lb but still 0.2 below the 2.0lbs mark window compared to my LDW -so I am ok even if I do not have much room to play with.

I know, I kind of want to go to P2 now too.... but I have 3 weeks of p4 to get thru and I want to get back to LIW or below before loading and then, self loathing hahaha. I rally want to do this the right way, dont want to re-lose weight I've lost before. Well this year anyway lol.

I did buy 4 or 5 Cadbury Creme Eggs cuz they were on sale and I missed all the easter candy of course. Cant wait to eat those! They are hidden away in a drawer, and this is the worst, have you ever hidden something for load and then fogotten about it completely until youre in P2!!! That sucks!!!

So loaders I have some requests, please eat some fried chicken and Haagen Dazs for me? And some pizza please. And enjoy.

I'm excited to be thiner but I want to make it count, so I will be loading May4-6 yaay!!! And maybe 7 lol.

Flying thru...EGG CD got me down to 185.5 so 1.5 above LDW. I was up to 187. Thankful I can eat again today! Still contemplating on starting JUDDD Saturday insted of P4...I guess I could give it a shot!

Fage day resulted in a 2.4 lb loss this morning!! I am now 0.4 BELOW my LDW! Woot!
It won't last long though. I know it was all water weight and I expect to be up again tomorrow - for some reason, I'm having a really hard time stabilizing this round. I'm seeing it as payback for my last round where I stabilized so well, I got bored with not having to try and overate. *sigh*

Anyways, I've decided to try The Leptin Reset, which seems to help people stabilize like a rock. I had my BAB this morning (I am stuffed!) and I'm really really hoping this sticks. I'll be crushed if it doesn't.

I hope everyone else stabilizes well! This diet can be sooo frustrating!

Hi all, steak CD net me a loss of 2.0 which puts me 3 lbs away from where I should be. Today I will try to eat sensibly and tomorrow another CD. Since it seems that my body likes steak I will keep doing this.

For lunch I have salad with bard boiled egg, tomato, onion, olives, tuna salad, crumbled bacon and swiss cheese. Maybe I will have just a snack for dinner. Oh and a big coffee with hwc and splenda. I really need to stay the same weight today. Fingers crossed.

Great job on your CD Luv!!!

It seems like we lost many people to P2!

Drew -how is your loading going? 3 more days to go for me before I start. I was thinking about doing a mini load Friday then real road Saturday/Sunday but I am worried about putting on too many lbs with my loading window since I will have to satisfy my sweet tooth during that time, meaning high fat BUT also high carbs

As for the weight, this morning I stayed the same as yesterday even if I was hoping for a decrease considering that I ate little carbs yesterday!

Lara-that's great. My body seems to prefer steak this round too. But I'm afraid if I do it too much it'll ruin it!! You're doing so well and I really admire your dedication to getting back where you want to be!! Hope your clean day goes well for you!! Aren't you going back to P2 soon? I always compare CD's to P2. I'd MUCH rather do a CD than a P2 day!!

Natasha-glad you're back in window. I don't like the egg CD . It's hard for me for some reason . Hope you have a good day!

Luv-you're so right. There will be a little rebound gain, but it won't be awful. I think I'll do a GYCD today myself. Haven't done one in a while. Hope it gets me below LDW. It's been over a week since I was below LDW. I've been messing around a lot on P4 and enjoying it. I don't want my body to get comfy above LDW!

Tonya-you must really have been retaining some water while sick. Glad it's coming back off and hope you're back to your comfy teens soon!!

I'm up above window today. I chose it. I really ate yesterday!! I was super stressed, emotional and just plain felt like it!! I had the wine and chocolate (as mentioned before) then dh had a coupon to Pei Wei so I went w. him there and had brown rice and sweet steak/veggie dish, then we went to the new froyo place () and I was so stuffed last night I could see how big my belly was. The miraculous part was I was *only* up 1.8lbs from it. Before I would be up about 5lbs from that kind of day. I'm actually relieved and happy about it. I know it's temporary, water and bulk. Even if I didn't do a CD I'd be back in my window tomorrow. But, b/c it's been a long time, and b/c I'm hoping to get below LDW again, I'm doing a GYCD today. I have some strawberries and my beloved Voskos in the fridge.

I'll be out all afternoon and evening, so GYCD will make that a bit easier. I'll bring my cooler . And I can do my "run" at dd's vball practice tonight (they have a little gym). I will make it a good day. Stress aside, I will choose joy today. One of my favorite verses it "godliness w. contentment is great joy". I need to do my part there, but the great joy is worth pursuing!

Julie! I couldn't leave here!!! lol...I'll be salivating over all the HWC, Fat and avocados!!! But, I will be there in bout 8 weeks! I'm going to try to push this round w the pellets (heard you can push it a bit longer than rx) since I will spend the whole summer in p3/p4 back in TX...and not do another round until Mid September....I'm hoping that will be my last or second to last...I can't see me going lower that 175....i'm too big of a gal to be as petite as ya'll are! lol...have you seen the blindside? ya know the way Sandra bullock describes the build of a tight end???? that's me!!!

I totally know what you mean! I was so ready to be in p2 again...before i lost all control and gained back to where i started...i need to break that mental fear....it is too powerful over me!
I did have ice cream for you....cold stone oreo creme filling w/ oreos, chocolate syrup, shavings....durn near killed me!!! lol But i did it!
I had easter candy too for yesterday and today....mom forgot to bring them over..lol...so i told her to freeze them till i load again in September! WOOHOO PEEPS in September!

Awesome Job on the GYCD!!! I am gonna miss that on p2! Can you freeze GY? I have a brand new container! I think i'm going to try!
What is this leptin reset? I have seen people talk of it....and considering my roller coaster this last round....i'd thought about checking into it. I will have to read up on that just in case for the nxt p3! Though...that will be several weeks down the road!
What is BAB??? I hope that the LR works for you!

Ya didn't lose me! Bad penny this one! lol...i will still be around...gathering information for my next p3! Plus...ya'll are my friends!!! Even if it is "virtual" I could never leave! The talk of food doesn't bother me! all through R1P2 i watched food network like it was my job! maybe it SHOULD be my job! lol...i'm far more interested in THAT than art...i love to be artsy fartsy and do crafty stuff....but food and cooking is my true passion....well, that and my precious pibble babies!

Ok, WHAT does one have to do to gain weight??? I at yesterday like it was my life depending on it! So much so that I spent the night on the bathroom floor...praying for it to stop! Woke up this morning with my faithful princess coco puff right by my side!!! Love that dog!!! I ate EVERYTHING i could get my hands on...fat, protein, carbs, sugar, alcohol...and I gained 3lbs....I gained 9lbs total for my first load...hmmmmm Oh well, i'm gonna try to stick to heavy fats today...i wanted a red velvet cuppy cake (ya'll have got to see that song video...cuteness and puppies! ) but i swear, i don't think i can do the heavy sugaryness of a RV cupcake
So far, i made coffee w my leftover peppermint mocha pods and 4tbs of butter...i didn't really want it...but i figured i needed to at least start with the job of loading today.

If nothing else....i NEVER want to go back to reckless abandon eating like i use to do...HOW did i ever do it to begin with??? I use to eat ice cream every night...on top of meals and such....now??? OMG I just wanted shrimp and scallops w my red wine... and so much less of it! I barely nibbled my steak last night!

We were posting at around the same time! Can you freeze GY? I have a new 32 oz in the fridge! Though....could i do a super duper fatty GYCD day today as my load? lol...doesn't seem right though does it? I just don't want a repeat of last night! AND I only gained 3lbs from all of that? lol..oh well! As long as I am not hungry on p2~ Do the pellets kick in as fast as the rx?

I had another question...i was super "itchy" last night and just in a foul mood w/ my poor parents, the wait staff at bone fish...NOTHING was improving my mood...until my 3rd glass of Merlot! Was it all the sugar, starches and CHEMICAL CRUD in my tummy from the day? Surely the hhcg hadn't had time to make it to my system yet?? I don't remember being in a foul mood the last time....BUT I was also so severely depressed from the recent break up and such that i wouldn't have noticed a foul mood if it ran me over!
Today I have a headache and my stomach hurts from being so stretched out....oh i want p2 to start now! lol....well, with HWC and avocados of course...and butter! I will NEVER make fun of Paula Dean again!

Thanks Julie! The key to succesful hcg rounds is not gaining during p3. I would like to try to get to LIW and then loose 5 additional so that I can use that as load room... that couldnt be bad right?

I'd like to go back to P2 May 5th... but I only can do a short round otherwise I start to go crazy and eating my food becomes a scene from Man vs. Food. haha.
I need to do this right and never gain it back and its proving possible so I'm trying my hardest to track what I eat and eat consiously. Thats so important.

First time ever that I feel myself getting out of control but I'm able to reign it in and keep things fairly controlled. Other rounds I would say oh well its just 4 pounds, oh well its 10 pounds and then omg I give up. Not this time. This is why everyone needs to do a cd as soon as theyre over the 2lb mark.... Hmmmm..... l thinking about it right now maybe thats because the cd was meant to give you a loss of 2-3 lbs?? I mean really.... anyone on a normal diet would be thrilled to even loose 1 lb let alone 3-4 lbs in one day right?

In my case I did do 3 GY cd's last week~none worked. And on top of it when the Cd's would work, the next day I would bounce right back up. I looked at all of last week and it was up down up down even tho I was strict p3. Dont ever give up, this works. Have faith.

Ok, so i ate my brunch...left over steak, shrimp, scallops and a piece of battered cod w an avocado left over from last night...with 2 tbs butter...i am not kidding...i feel like i am going to hurl! I am still so full from yesterday...but seriously want to get my fat WAY up for the VLCD that starts tomorrow....oh how i missed the "lightness" of p2! lol...remind me of that please in 3 weeks when i am pining away for HWC! lol

What is this leptin reset? I have seen people talk of it....and considering my roller coaster this last round....i'd thought about checking into it. I will have to read up on that just in case for the nxt p3! Though...that will be several weeks down the road!

Lara-good for you keeping a tight reign on it!! You'll be richly rewarded!! I'm giving the GYCD another shot. I did one a few weeks back when I started running and was up from that. It didn't work, but I don't think it was the GYCD's fault. The stupid water retention got me. I'll give it a whirl today and see how it goes. I agree w. you, the steak day has been my most successful. There's always Thursday for it, if I fail today

Theresa-3 lbs? You're such a wimp . I hear ya' I can/used to gain serious poundage w. little indulgence. Even yesterday I should have bee up 3-5lbs from my indulging. But only 1.8? Btw the running, hcg and now treating my thyroid I think I could actually maintain this weight for life!! Sorry you're feeling crummy today! Sounds like a food hangover!! I do think the hhcg could be kicking in and causing your mood swing. The pellets worked well for me, controlled hunger and had plenty of energy. Hope you enjoy the same this round!!

Pallets question to Theresa & anyone else that used intermountain pallets

Theresa (& anyone else that used intermountain pallets),

You have received your pallets from Intermountain --right? What are the instructions about how many one should take? I saw a posting saying that for the intermountain pellets you need to take 3 pellets for 3X a day (that would be a total of 9 pallets/day).
As far as I know (saw on netrition website) the Intermountain pallets bottle has a 40days worth (120 pallets) and I assumed you only take 1 for 3x/day (=3pallets x 40days =120 in the bottle). If one would take 3 pallets for 3x/day that would be 120:9= 13 days worth!!

I am confused

My package was delivered but haven't seen it yet --will open it as soon as I get home this evening.

I had the bottle of intermountain pellets (gave away the rest now that I'm done) and can't remember how many came in it . But I do know there were a LOT in there. I did 1.5 29 day rounds, at 3x3 daily, and still had leftovers. You'll be perfectly fine!! Don't worry!!



Ok-went and looked at the bottle online. There's 120 3-pellet servings in each bottle. That's a 40day supply at 3pellets 3X a day.

lol i know right? I was thinking all that crud yesterday would have netted me at least 4-5 lbs! lol...i wonder why i gained so much on my first load! I do feel like jaba the hut though! Did you have mood swings on the pellets? Oh, i hope i don't! I was crabby with a student yesterday (in my defense he is whiny and seems to be getting to "comfortable" joking around and such with me!) love him....but please remember i am not your "friend" i am your teacher...to keep you safe and assist in your educational development!

hmmmm, idk. It does say that it is a 40 day supply...but the math ain't right! If we take 3 @ 3x a day like it says...that is 13.33 days!
Julie??? You took them...how many bottles did you go through? maybe it is good i accendently ordered 2 bottles! lol...but at that rate i would need 4 bottles to get through a round! Isn't much cheaper than rx at that point!

Julie- Yes I went up +1, +1, + 3!!! Hadn't changed anything foodwise, but got a pretty nasty cold. Did a vit c flush and that's when I got the +3. Sucks b/c I was then too afraid to start P4, but it's coming back down slowly, thankfully!
You know, sometimes we just have to eat, especially under the stress you have right now!
But your right back on plan and didn't let the stress take hold of your weight! Be proud of that!
Hope you enjoyed your GY day, and it puts you nicely in you window!
